Definitely highly recommended ! Its a husband and wife owned company, really great people. I had a ultra violet light installed, they explain me the different types of lights out there and I decided to go with the most economic price but within the category of great quality, also had the unit serviced to make sure everything was running fine. Overall really happy with the services I received from them and will continue to call them in the future.

Was the best experience I’ve ever had with an AC company. Came to my house I explained what was happening they checked told me it was my capacitor. I went in the house right quick came out to ask if they had to order the part and it was already on and running. They were honest, nice guys. CES is my new go to guys for AC period.

Jose was fabulous. When he came to the initial visit I had water pouring out of my ceiling. He immediately fixed it temporarily, at no charge, until I got other quotes. He was professional, courteous and quite knowledgeable. He explained and showed me what the problems were. I ultimately used Cool Express Service, Inc and am totally impressed and pleased with the workmanship. They arrived on time, wore masks and even finished sooner than stated estimate. CES to the rescue!! Had a maintenance problem with my AC and, as usual, Jose showed up first thing in the AM and fixed it. Highly recommend.

My ac stopped working because it froze, call them and requested a service, they advise me to turn off ac to give time for it to unfroze, tech came in same day, and checked for leaks, found leak and repair it. Excellent service, very knowledgeable guy. I will use them in the future.

I usually dont write reviews but we were so impressed with Cool Express Service and Jose, that Im writting one within an hour.Our A/C stopped working in middle of July and I am 8.5 months pregnant.I called Cool Express Service and Jose was at our door within an hour and half!If you live in Florida, you know you are lucky if someone shows up at all, specially that fast.I cannot recommend Cool Express Service enough- Jose was extremely nice, professional, he repaired our A/C quickly and didnt charge us an arm and a leg.Jose, THANK YOU!!

The worker was very professional. Arrived on time. Introducted himself. Used protective booties and a blanket to cover the floors while he worked on the AC Handler inside. He kept me posted every step of the way with what he sees as a potential problem or what needs immediate replacement. He listened to my concerns about the outside unit. Offered a solution. Redirected my pipes away from the foundation of our home. Replaced
