Pam Triolo, CEO of First Impressions Creative Services is also the mayor of Lake Worth Beach, Florida. She does not have the best interests the general public and has put citizens at great risk of harm by not closing beaches and taking any protective action to ensure public safety and to #flattenthecurve. In addition, she refused to discuss emergency response issues during a meeting, getting belligerent and shutting it down, rather than let people speak. If she cant show a positive interest in the safety of the community she is supposed to be leading, can you trust her to be designing materials for your business? Do your research before selecting who you want to trust your business image and brand to.

Very unprofessional business run by apathetic Mayor Pam Triolo. I do not recommend First Impressions Creative Services.

Terrible work. Doesn’t return calls. Doesn’t help when they said they would. In the middle of a meeting got upset and walked out when was asked why they were not meeting easy to follow guidelines. Absolutely pathetic.

Unprofessional low quality work. Rude and inconsiderate.
