Tricked me. I had cable & internet through them and then i got home security cameras through them. I asked many times if it was a contract before signing up for cameras because i knew i may move. I was told i could cancel anytime... when i moved a year later where they dont Service the area they tell me im in a two year contract. So they lied to me. It was actually a contract... but where was my signature?! Everyone you talk to at this place has a different answer. Dont trust them. I had trouble before the cameras too
Internet is horrible for gaming. Constantly getting interrupted streaming media as well. We have the 200mbps plan too. Wish there was a better provider in the area.

They took 11 weeks to get cable line digging to my house! We had no tv or internet for 11 weeks! I was on the phone everyday with Comcast customer service, and they are awful, they did not care about my family had no tv and internet services! after they came and install the internet is very slow and awful connection, very poor internet service, always very slow, we got 600 mbp and still very slow! I do not recommend Xfinity!
There out for every dollar they can get promises unkept.
Wrong directions . Not open and does not accept payments. When you call a recording will tell you that it will connect only if getting new service if you try and call back the recording said that your number will be blocked. Crazy right?
Sorry service. Dont get comcast.

Told my wife and i that only the call center could help us with ower problem, insisted we cancel with the same call center and come back to this location to sign up for the same service if i wanted any help. planning to disconnect very soon ! please dont waste your time with this company & this service location .
Comcast has got to be the absolute worst provider on all levels there is no reason my cable and internet should be off while my payments are up to date...also the tech support dept im convinced is made up of the most unintelligent people comcast could find the average squirrel has more brain capacity than these people all in all DO NOT USE COMCAST

I have tried to communicate by phone with customer service, a computer answers me, I told him cable and I reset the internet, there is no way my account is up to date, last month they even charged me more but I cant watch CNN because I get code 00 000 since yesterday, it is not the first time it happens to me
