Very helpful and respectful. The many questions I asked were answered quickly and if they did not know the answer they found out for me. This is never an easy time but things were simplified with few worries for me. Follow up has been great too. Thank you.

The people at Marion Nelson Funeral Home and Crematory were very courteous, helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable. During this sad time they were patient and understanding. My husbands death was sudden and I was not prepared for all to come. They were not pushy in which way I should go or what I should purchase. They also have an added amenity. Someone contacts you to help with all that has to be done after the funeral. this was very helpful and informative. I had handled many of the things they spoke of already, but there were a few things that I had no idea about. They were very knowledgeable in what had to be done after someone dies. As my husband was cremated they afforded us the opportunity to be there to say our last good bye. They were very compassionate and understanding and gave us all the time we needed.

Marion Nelson has taken care of my whole family that has already past on. My father Michael A Fenby just passed and our family will not ever do business with anyone else went to Marion Nelson for instructions on my dads memorial well they messed up our family list left two of my grandkids completely off the reel then the little programs you give out at the mormorial they were wrong now just for those two things to be done by Marion Nelson was over 500.00 for them to get them wrong the receptionist had a bad attitude the first time my sister spoke to her I had a lady call me back from there with the same attitude with me now knowing we both just lost our father and my mom lost her husband Marion Nelson was a terrible disappointment this time for our family

Every associated we met who work with this company are all exceptional people. My husband and I made all our funersl arrangements with Maggie. She was so helpful when we left we knew wed made the right choice with selecting Nelsons. My husband is retired military and we had no idea how to handle internment in a national cemetery. Maggie handled all our wants for our final home that we know when the time comes everything will be handled by a very experienced company.
