Class A+ service with five star customer service, I’m told it’s under new management.. Carmen, the manager was very helpful and accommodating. My storage unit was very clean and I saw a bunch of security surveillance. I feel safe here. Perfect location, I highly recommend !

Good service havent a bad experience in most three years ive had a storage space there

The owner is nice, but the set up of the facility is horrendous. You can ruin your car just from pulling into the back gate one time. Be very careful. The roads driving up to your lockers are the worst I ever seen. An employee actually seemed to not know what I was talking about when I brought it to her attention, meanwhile the problem is quite obvious. Will certainly be my last time doing business at this location.

The service at Eagle Lock service is excellent. The staff is very helpful and always willing to help. I highly recommend Eagle Lock storage if your looking for a clean safe place to store your items.

This place is so clean it reminds me of a 5 star hotel for my stuff! Whats even better is that when the Hurricane came it didnt flood my stuff! Best storage place I have used. Manager was awesome and pricing was more than reasonable. These people havent forgotten how to do business with everyday people!

The manager was so helpful with all of our storage needs. The best customer service that Ive experienced. We are budget minded and their prices were also the most affordable and the security had 24 hour surveillance. We were very satisfied and highly recommend!

Great location. Units are clean well maintained. Managment gets things done. Customer service is great Carmen the property manager is always so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a unit to store there extra stuff.

The new updates look great, the new manager is really nice, and being able to pay my unit with a credit card is a plus. I have been renting here for many years and plan to continue renting. A thumbs Up!

Nice clean storage units but the prices rose by $10 this year after new ownership. Courteous staff2019 price went up again!
