I carried insurance for years with another company & could only afford the minimal coverage. I switched & for a cheaper rate, I gained way more coverage. The people are very friendly & knowledgeable. Always willing to answer questions & just all around great customer service.

I love this place especially KRista she is always very helpful to me and my family she knows when we are calling and what we are calling for this is very helpful I ask for her Every time. All the other girls are great too just got a pick one and Speak to the same one each time. When they learn you it is much easier for both of you.

Ashley is a tremendous insurance agent! All the girls in the office are wonderful people. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for there insurance.

I love having insurance through Ashley Croley, but the real star is Liz Walker who works in her office! Liz called me a few weeks ago to update my coverage, as I have not done so in over a year. She talked to me about the coverage I had and gave suggestions on how to adjust. She then encouraged me to come into the office to talk about the possibility of adding life insurance and to completely discuss my policy. Talking to Liz in the office was so informative! She answered ALL of my questions and clarified my policy so I am fully informed on all of my coverage. I couldnt feel more grateful and I am able to call Liz for anything dealing with my insurance!

I left my previous company due to customer service.. I always had to talk to someone new about my policies when they knew nothing that was going on. When I switched I also saved myself a good chunk of money which is always great. Im just taken away by how amazing their customer service is. Every time I call in, they know it is me and are so kind and helpful. Never does what she says she will do. Called in for a quote and the rate sky rocketed soon afterwards without any warning. She ended up cancelling me cause I couldnt afford the high rates. Now I have a great agent here in Perry, and dont pay any attention to the reviews, those are from her employees she has now.

Omg! this place is awesome i had a flat tire next door (speechpath) where my daughter attends therapy. The Agent Micheal was beyond helpful. Micheal change my tire and called me even after replacing it with a spare i had in my trunk, to see if i was ok. talk about a blessing it was raining and freezing that day! the people here are friendly and has great customer service i would recommend them to anyone looking for a great insurance service😍
