We had a great experience with The Screen Shop from start to finish. Carl came out to give us a quote and was very easy to work with. Our patio screen arrived within the timeframe promised and Danny did a great job on the installation!! We are very pleased with our screen and highly recommended Carl and his team at The Screen Shop! We will be using them again in the future for sure!

They installed a new screen patio a couple years back and did a good job. About a year ago we had them put all new windows in our condo and was disappointed to find broken glass from the old windows in the shrubs by the windows and also in the slider tracks of our hurricane shutters. I’m still finding broken glass to this day. In addition they damaged the wall of our master bedroom where a new window went in with a large gash in the sheet rock which had to be repaired and painted. They never said a word about it. Just left it as is. I am pricing all new sliders but won’t use them.

The Screen Shop is one of the top best companies to get your screen enclosures and windows done...they have excellent customer service and hospitality teachings that everyone could learn from them in general. The entire crew, from Fred to his workers to the representatives, made my family feel comfortable and right at home as part of their family or familia. Ever since, my family has been getting screen enclosures done, we dont use anyone else but The Screen Shop! We love the work that they do and the final product makes us enjoy being outside in the open air once more! Back in December, they put in our windows with the screen to match...it has truly made that area look more open from the inside to the outside. Recently, my family have had The Screen Shop to do an add-on screen enclosure that covers our pool communal area, which feels so relaxing now. We got an estimate in February and practically hounded the company just asking to schedule the work, with a variety of inconsistent responses, all just putting us off and promising one thing or another within a couple of weeks each time, with absolutely no follow-up of any kind. We even went into the shop and asked if we could put down a deposit and asking to be put on the installation schedule. They said thats not how we work. The end result is we lost the entire season and ended up working with a company who is professional and follows up.

Walked in to get my window screens repaired and the man helping me did not know what he was talking about. Had outrageous pricing and was very rude when I asked if he can go any lower.

After constant phone calls back and forth we were ultimately told it was our fault the screen was not staying put and we would have to pay more for them to come out and fix their mistakes. I currently have two professionals working on the screen who both stated the current screen was installed backwards AND held with the wrong spleen size. Glad we finally asked someone else to come out and check out the job, we knew we were not the ones in the wrong!

Screen Shop did an amazing job fixing my Pool Screen Enclosure. I initially thought about replacing a few panels but Carl did an outstanding job educating me about my options and for a very reasonable price, Screen Shop replaced all my Pool Screen Enclosure Walls with the “Super Screen” product which resists significant impact (ideal for active children or animals). They even replaced my Screen Door Hardware and all base level Anchor Screws making sure my Screen Enclosure was secure. Screen Shop built our new screen enclosure with a 12x26 picture window. It could not have been done any better. The quality of the material is top shelf as was the workmanship. This is one of many jobs they have done here at our home. We have been very satisfied to have a quality contractor doing the work here.

Great experience in all aspects. From the quote given to the final product. Great customer service and communication. All the representatives from the manager, the installers and receptionists were all excellent. They showed up when they said they would and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

This place kept giving me the run around, I have decided to go with another company. Only reason for the two stars is the convenient location as it was on my way home from work. Also the parking lot is crazy but very close to I95.

Well Im glad that Im not the only one who got bad service. Now I know it wasnt me. They were very nice before they got my first payment. Then they treated me like I was locked in now so there was no hospitality. I took off from work twice to meet the guy to get started on the job and he told me that he was not able to make it. Didnt call or anything. And was not sympathetic. If you have a small job, they put you on the back burner and will tell you straight up that their large jobs come first. I was so glad when I finally got the job completed and was finished dealing with them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! I agree that the woman that you speak to on the phone has no PR manners! Youd think they were giving you services for FREE!

This place gives the most outrageous pricing and their staff is rude. I called two other places and they were able to do the job much cheaper than these guys.

I have used this company before for hurricane shutter & window installation. Overall satisfactory with some bumps in the road. We just used them for a third time on a smaller job and were pleased with their scheduling, professional installation & follow up after the job was completed. They are striving to correct any weakness in customer satisfaction that happen in the past.

Given the lack of professionalism, I am unable to recommend this company. In particular, the manager Fred is rude and does not understand the basics of dealing with clients. In discussions with other Screen companies, I understand it is due to his rude treatment of clients that they win business every day. Thankfully there are many other reputable companies that are pleasant to do business with.

I came into the shop to buy some window balances, the very young gentleman helped me understand and how to put in and install window balances. I went back several times for information, even though he hasnt been there for a year, I seen him grow in that shop and he helped me out with all my questions. I recommend this place for do it yourselfers like they advertise.

When it comes to anything to do with Screens they have, its also less expensive and higher quality! Highly Recommend..

Not one to write negative reviews, but I wish I had read some before using this company! Had whole new screen porch installed - work was done several weeks after was supposed to be. While porch was installed, workers left twice without cleaning up. Had a couple hundred $$ vet bill to pull little metal pieces from my dogs paws. Installers didnt line up all seams, left one of doors not working properly and never installed pet door as promised (although left it for me to do myself!)After wife complained, manager did come by to look and acknowledged mistakes and sloppy work, promising to have his guys come back and finish. That was a month ago, will not return calls or finish. Now we will pay someone else to finish a sloppy job. Would never recommend this company!!!!

Worst company ever to deal with. Your being warned now to find another one before you start. Terrible customer service and rude people. Once you give them your money you don’t hear back from them and they never return calls. Then all you get are excuses. I finally got the work done after almost 5 months and only because I had to threaten with a lawsuit. SO sad...Don’t use them !!

I like to support local businesses. So I went to the Screen Shop in Lake Park to buy a replacement storm door. They made an appointment to measure the next day between 12N and 2 pm. I waited the two hours, but they never showed up. They had my house phone and cell phone numbers but, they never called.So, I went to Lowes and bought a door for about $450 including installation, which didnt go to a local company.I can see why these folks arent regarded very highly.

These guys are perhaps one of the most unreliable companies around. Fred, the estimator, misses appointments and stands us up. Then they give an estimate that excludes charges so its not a true estimate. Then he argues with us and refuses to fill out approvals need by our HOA, forcing us to miss their deadlines. Their bid does not include any drawings only a one line description of what they will do. What is that???Avoid doing business here at all costs. There are plenty of other screen guys in town that wont waste your time and energy. They may be ok to fix a hole in your screen, dont trust them to do anything bigger than that.

Frustrated, disappointed, and outraged are the first three things I think of with The Screen Shop! They have told us since Feb different reasons why they are not starting our basic little patio overhang! Their lack of delivering has held us up and cost us on surrounding projects we have going on. Its one excuse after enough... My Husband and I both have our own businesses and would NEVER do business like this! This is the first time I have ever written a bad review!

Called to get an estimate.. sales guy came out, tried to explain what i wanted done, did not want to listen to what i had to say, either his way or highway.. so guess what... highway....DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!

They Never pulled a permit for my job. Then to find out their license was NOT current. They owner John was extremely rude and screamed at my husband and I as if it was our fault for not having a permit for the job. As a fact...that is the contractor’s responsibility. I would not recommend this company....stay away.

They dont return phone calls and have horrible in person customer service.
