Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Able to do installations and custom set ups on trailers and trucks. They stock all my pressure washing supplies and are able to diagnose any mechanical issues on my machines. I would highly recommend!!!

From my initial phone contact through my service, I found Joey (and his staff) to be everything you could ever hope for and more. He made me feel sure that I had selected the best pressure washer sales and service business anywhere. His knowledge, patience and willingness to take the time to explain everything I had questions about (and I had tons of them), was very refreshing. Next, after servicing my unit (while I was there), and fitting my unit with the correct nozzle tips (I didnt know that those tips were specific to my units pump and motor specifications and that I was using a mismatched set prior) he handed me the invoice which was absolutely less than I expected. Paul at pressure washers USA is the best there is when it comes to pressure cleaning equipment service and sales. His prices are more than fair and his service is top notch. Hes helped me out more times than I can count, and has always been fair and never taken advantage of me like other shops have in the past. Completely shocked! ordered a 36 whisper wash maxima online at 11am and they delivered it to me the next morning by 9am. Im a 3 hour drive one way from there place.

I drive 250 miles to have our equipment serviced here. I called Pressure Washer USA on Oct 5th regarding a tune-up, my DeWalt 3100 psi unit would not start. I spoke to one of your staff an agreed on the cost of the tune-up and the $55.00 dollar pick-up & delivery charge. Two days later I received a confirmation from your company assuring me they would be coming down that day, no one showed up or called me back. On the fourth day Brenda called wanting to know the size of my DeWalt unit and if it was small enough to fit in the trunk of her car, dont you have trailers? Your company never called again to set up another appointment and my pressure cleaner still needs a tune-up. Paul, Im going to give you a 5 star rating, even though we both know the harsh truth, Pressure Washer USA failed to give me the Customer Service I deserved!

They took OVER a month to fix my unit. They charged me more than double the online price including shipping for the parts.
