Young man behind the desk was super helpful. He gave me multiple options to try to help with my specific situation. He was very clear about what services could be provided and gave me straightforward estimates of what I would have to spend. No run around. And also, very friendly over the phone as well as in person! I will be returning soon for the services! Would have been 5 stars if they carried the parts on hand and didnt have a wait time. But even that had a solution as I needed to fix my sons laptop he uses for school and was offered a loaner until his would be ready. 🤗

The workers and the owner Christian brindesi were lying to me the whole 1month about my sons laptop. I dont wish even my worst enemies to go there and be cheated. First they said it may take 1wk for the parts to come in and another 1 more week to repair. It was my sons school laptop and I was very happy to hear that. After 2wks when I called they said that they are waiting on some more parts to come and another 1 more wk After 1wk when I called they said that they are still waiting on parts. One day I received a text from Techy saying that my laptop is ready to pick up. I called them before I go and they said that someone else picked it up. I am panicking by this time and asked my husband and daughter and both said no. So I called them back again and they said that they will call me back. After 30mts they called me back and said that they got confused with my HP laptop and someone else. Now 1month pass by and I am either calling or emailing the owner Christian brindesi every week. Finally yesterday,(09/10/2021) he emailed me that my laptop is ready to pick up. When I went to the store, the store guy was wondering why I am there. The owner lied to me and didnt even contact the store to find out about my laptop. The guy told me that he needs 15-20 mts to finish and said ok and waited in Walmart. After an hr I went back and now the guy is saying that he has to order some more parts. Can anyone assume what was going on. A bunch of lies. I asked my laptop back and refund my money. I couldnt believe that my laptop was untouched. It was just sitting there for a month. I went through a lot of stress and frustration and felt cheated completely. If they would have told me that they cannot repair it I would have happily went somewhere else. My poor son waited all this month for nothing. Please nobody go there. They dont understand us consumers. They are there to not help but play with our mind with bunch of lies. I really wish if consumer court will take them seriously for lying to customers.

I had a huge issue with my iPhone XS, I went to multiple stores including apple and they could not fix the issue and was continually told to purchase a new phone which would have been extremely hard on my finances. Luckily I went to Techy and those handsome gentleman were able to get my phone up and running when no else could not. Like they were very respectful and efficient, which is rare to see. I would totally recommend getting your phone fix here, because they are here to help and not rip you off like some other tech companies.

Aaron and Keith were so professional and efficient. I dropped my phone off and within 20 minutes my glass was repaired. I didnt think it was my phone because the quality was so good. Keith explained they used tempered glass which maximizes the quality. I am thoroughly impressed and will recommend them to anyone who needs their phone repaired. The price was great too. I have used other repair shops and Techy is by far my favorite!!! If you need your phone repaired, use them. They also guarantee their work for the life of your phone!!! Where else can they say that? I brought my controller elite 2 to fix my left stick, they told me it was going to be 4 days to get it done, it cost me $80. I Went on the fourth day and the guy told me that the part needed to be soldered but he did a fix if I want to test it, screws fell of the controller and now the right stick got stuck, this happened on the store. He took it back. It took three weeks for them to get it back from it was getting solder, while in the mean time every time I called them they told me I was going to get it next day and the guy was confuse what Was the product I was calling for. Finally I went to the store to get it back, I went home happy and the controller it was worse that the first day they took it left stick with the same problem and now the right stick broken too. Ended up trading the controller on gamestop and get a new one which cost me $110.00 difference. On my opinion waste of time waste of money and poor quality or professionalism.

Had the screen on my iPhone 8 repaired here for a reasonable price with a fast turnaround took about 40 minutes very professional highly recommended!

They CHEATED me. They repaired the iPad screen but broke the home button. Now they wont fix it without me paying them extra.Extremely rude manager Erin.Edit 6/7: Here is the receipt, maybe now you can find me in your system. Your Manager told me that he is not going to give me warranty AFTER handing me the device AFTER we agreed on the price. 5 minutes after I got the device, I returned it to your store, and explained that home button is broken. 5 minutes!

This place is the best..they get the job done I brought in 3 different phone and got them all back in couple hours..and they prices are reasonable..my son broke his phone wright before I was heading out of town..they gave me a loner free of charge till his phone got fix.. but its not the fact they gave him a loner.. it was they was so concern with him not having a phone..great job fellas…

I brought my iPad Pro 12 for a screen replacement. I was looking for prices and this place had the cheaper price. Aaron repaired my iPad the same day and offered a lifetime warranty. They fixe all type of electronic devices. They are located inside the Walmart. So, I dropped my iPad, went for shopping and when ready I picked it up.I strongly recommend this store!!
