When we sold our house and went looking for a new one Julia at Soldera was very patient and understanding. Even when our timeline extended for over a year we never felt pressured to hurry the process and alot if emphasis was put in finding the right house. It was as painless as buying and selling a house could be.

I have known Alicia Dart for a few years now and always found her to be a thoughtful, kind incredibly smart woman. So when my husband and I got divorced this year I started talking to her about buying again. It was hard to talk about being a lower income single mom with a failed relationship. I was confused and didnt really know what I wanted and needed. Alicia was so patient! She spent so much time showing me properties, talking school districts, and the worst part for me was talking HOAs. Right off the bat she was giving me tons of HOA information. Which was a relief that if buying a Condo was what I could afford in a great school district, Alicia knew everything their was to know about the area and how to find a good HOA. She treated me like I was buying the most expensive property rather than what I was doing, probably buying the least expensive. But I am so happy. My daughter is going to have a great home, in a great neighborhood in a great school district and I was able to afford it because of how hard Alicia worked for me. I am eternally greatful to her. I recommend Alicia Dart to any and everyone. Thank you Alicia!

Grant and I have been in our home now for 4 months and we couldnt be happier. We love our new home! Our experience with Erin was great. Buying a home can be an emotional rollercoaster. Erin was patient with us every step of the way. She understood what we were looking for and found homes for us in our budget. I never once felt pressured or pushed to like a home I wasnt in love with. Im not sure if my husband & I contacted this agency when house hunting back in Sept of 2020 or not. But tonight my cell phone got a picture of realtor Michelle Standing with her company name & the messageHi Carl under it! When I replied why are u texting me/ do we hav an established relationship, I got no reply. I do not feel this is an appropriate way of doing business and will never recommend this agency.

After telling one of your realtors I didn’t want to work with her, she text me multiple times. Thank you, Erin. I find it funny that you only respond when you’re upset.

I have no idea how this business got my name and number. Havent lived in Lake O in several years and never did business with them when I did live there. Like other reviewers here, Ive received unsolicited spam texts, referring to me by name. To call this unprofessional would be generous and forgiving, neither of which I feel for anyone contacting me in this kind of scammy, phishing, highly suspicious manner. Should I ever hear the name Soldera I will not hesitate to tell this story.

I am on the do not call registry but for some reason this company decided to text me at 11:00 p.m. when I texted back do I know them? I just got another picture of a woman next standing next to a turkey saying Happy Thanksgiving from soldra properties. This kind of blatant spamming, and calling people 3,000 mi away late at night is not the behavior of a company I would want to deal with.

Erin was very responsive and patiently answered all the questions I had. Which probably would have driven anyone else a little crazy. If you’re looking for someone who takes a hands on approach and works for you, she’s your realtor.

I also got 4 texts last night from 10-11 pm with that picture and a Turkey saying Happy Thanksgiving. It’s really unprofessional.
