I have been in construction for over 30 years Cold Mountain is one the best wood flooring contractors I have ever worked with. I have had them in my own home to install and refinish my flooring. Nathan is great at listening to what I am looking for he and his crews are vary clean and polite. I would recommend them to anyone i know and have.

Nathan Dailey, the owner of Cold Mountain, was very responsive when we asked him to look at our deck, which needed work. He arrived the next day to assess what needed to be done and gave us various options. He and his crew were on time, worked hard each day, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly. They did what they promised and went beyond that to correct some things we had not noticed. It was the best experience we have had with any contractor weve worked with over the years.

Nathan and his crew did some awesome work! We had some water damage on our hardwoods. Him and his crew replaced the damaged boards and sanded and refinished our existing, dated looking floors to a radiant, natural finish. They look fantastic!He was also able to squeeze us in a short timeline so that we could have them done while we were on vacation and out of the house, which was a huge plus!

We needed flooring filled for our new kitchen. Nathan came and did an amazing job! He was awesome to work with and our floor looks amazing. you cant even tell where he filled! Very pleased with the outcome and are planning on using him when we refinish our floor soon.

Cold Mountain Flooring refinished my hardwood floors that had been neglected for years. My floors are mostly hickory with some walnut inlays. It had been about 15 years since they had been done and the existing sealer had yellowed badly and was scratched and scuffed from the daily foot traffic and dogs.Nathan was GREAT! He sanded the floors and I was amazed at how his equipment left very little dust behind. I expected the rest of my home to be quite dusty but it really wasnt. He was careful to tape off the areas of the home where he wasnt working. The best part is that my floors are BEAUTIFUL again!! He is a perfectionist when it comes to his work and it shows!
