I dont often write reviews, mostly just publish pictures of the places I visit, but this deserved one.I havent experienced customer service like this in a long time (now I get the 4.9 rating).I had a pretty simple fix, cracked Iphone screen, but it wasnt just about the fact that he fixed it while I stood there in front of him. He was kind, courteous, and authentically reasonable with what he could offer.He didnt just price match some friendly down the street competition, but beat their quote out. He also offered some advice on how to manage turning my phone in as Im about to switch service providers.When I came in, he was helping a lady with her computer and she was going through a divorce, not only could you tell she trusted him, but she was just kind of hanging out because he was so easy to be around.Overall, his service was what you hope for when you have these types of situations, but all too often find something much less desirable, not to mention, with a bruise on your wallet.I definitely trust him with all my future tech needs, Computer, Phone, Tablet, blender (jk), etc.Seriously, this is the kind of place that you go back to for life!!!So happy I found them and thank you Paul for providing a little light to my day.

First of all I have never left a review for anyone ever. I’m new to the area and came across this place for iPhone screen repairs. Their customer service was fantastic and super fast. Plus Paul gave me two free screen protectors even though he was honest and said they weren’t that great. It’s for my kids so that was super awesome. It’s been about 1 month and no issue with the phones. You and your staff are awesome!

What a joy to have finally found a phone/PC repair shop that actually does what they say and gets the job done...the right way! After a not so good experience at the Comprite in Happy Valley I decided to try the location in Lake Oswego after seeing many great reviews. Paul was great and fixed my PC within days by installing a new SSD hard-drive at a reasonable price. My 4yr old PC is like new and faster than ever. Paul took the time to explain what he did and was professional and friendly as was Cooper. Paul is awesome. Called him the day before I took my (very old) computer in to see if it would be worth the effort to revamp it. He said he would provide a free diagnostic and go from there. I expected the usual (you need to buy a brand new computer for $1000+) however, he explained that my computer was in great condition and definitely worth revamping. Paul replaced the screen on my iPhone SE, and put a new battery in my iPhone 6s. He did a quality job, fast turnaround and very professional service. His prices were very reasonable, I thought. Although Im pretty handy and able to fix most things myself, Im going to save myself the headaches from now on and take them to Paul instead!

Would rate 10 stars if I could!! I have been going to this place for years and I have never left unsatisfied. The main worker is incredibly friendly and an amazing tech guy. I hate to admit it but my family and I have gone through at least 10 screen replacements with this place; and it’s hands down the best place to go. Always have been able to get my problem fixed the same day. Go nowhere else for tech help.

Its really hard to get a good review from me. Paul gets one and its well deserved. Still in awe at the speed of service turnaround on my MSI laptop keyboard. I deleted my old review from 5 years ago to update it and say love this place in the last 5 years I have taken 2 laptops and desktop and a few other things to this place and every time they have been great. Came in here because I was in the area and happened to drop my phone a few days before, I got a price quote and called around but what got me in was not only the price but the customer service as well. Most places had higher prices and they werent as friendly. Got my phone fixed within an hour and got a tempered glass at a cheap price! I usually dont write reviews but the young man definitely made me day with this screen fix. I left with nothing but smiles! I recommend this place to everyone whose got any apple products. My pixel screen smashed and they are particularly difficult to replace. My phone was fixed in an hour at a great rate! Best customer service Ive run into in a very long time! Hopefully I dont smash any more phone screens but if I do I wouldnt think of going anywhere else!

Fantastic service from the start, I came in originally to see if they could fix my home button lock screen, not only did they fix it within 30 min. but also gave me a free phone charger AND applied a plastic invisible screen protector! I came into comprite this morning with no appointment, due to my phone getting run over by a semi truck, Paul got straight to the point fixed in a matter of 20 minutes and I was out definitely 10 out 10!!

Paul was extremely helpful to me. I bought an iPad and a small Dell laptop at the Lake Oswego location. He worked on them and sent them to Clackamas for configuration as they were more familiar with PCs. However, Paul was wonderful and very diligent and thoughtful at figuring things out. I had to replace the screen of my iPhone 5c. Apple Store quote me $260 for a new screen also I would have to wait about 2.5 hrs. The technician at CompRite would replace for $99 and work on my phone for 1 hr. Replace screen did a software for iOS operating system. Gave a new temper glass screen for because of my trouble. Plus gave me $20 military discount on the labor. The end cost was $79.

Brought in my girlfriends broken iphone 6. Paul was able to fix it in less then a hour. I also mention that her battery life was crappy Paul threw in a free battery replacement too!

This COMPRITE place ( West Linn store by Safeway) is by far the best place Ive ever been when it comes to iPad and computer repair. I build computers for myself and my friends, so I have a lot of experience with the hardware and software, so Im pretty good with desktops and such, but Im terrible with laptops and ipads. Anyways, we take this laptop apple down there thats barely running, has viruses and broken hinge, and Ive already given up hope because the firewall was down, Norton wasnt doing anything, and nothing else would install. They give me a 1-2 day wait on it, and call me in 2 days to come pick it up. I get there and its like a brand new computer. Highly recommend these guys for anything youd need.
