They get you a job quickly but they dont check on their employees unless you have an issue that needs to be solved or unless they need somthing from you. I needed a new job and have emailed my recruiter but have yet to get a response back weather its good or bad news (2 weeks ago) i feel like its unprofessional and poor customer service. I have since looked for and found much better opertunities and would suggest others to be very cautious when talking with this company about employment.

They are good with helping people find stable work granted takes a bit for them to get back to you beings they are doing all they can to enusure your safety

Thomas just wanted his quotas, very prompt communication up to the interview phase, then I went through an in-person interview process and never heard back either way as I had asked. They vanished. Poor business and followup. Communication is key when people are struggling to find jobs.

Id never used a recruiter in my life before and didnt know a lot about them, so I was pretty skeptical when I was contacted by Kristy Hutchinson through Linkedin. She said she was recruiting for a couple positions that I may be a good fit for, and she asked to speak on the phone for a brief interview. We set up a time, had a good chat, and she asked that I come in for an in person interview, to which I agreed. It was Thursday or Friday, so we set the interview for Monday.I showed up to her office on Monday, we spoke for about 30 minutes, she took a bunch of notes on my resume, and we parted ways. About 30 minutes after I left her office, she had already set up an interview for the following day. Awesome. Another 30 or so minutes go by and she contacts me again saying shes booked a second interview for Tuesday. I interviewed with both companies on Tuesday which went great. They both wanted second interviews on Wednesday and an opportunity to meet/interview with the company owners, to which I agreed. Both of those interviews went well, and both companies said to expect an offer shortly. I ended up receiving a very good offer that night from the company I preferred, I accepted, and I started that Friday.TL;DR I interviewed with Kristy at Opti on Monday, she had two interviews scheduled for Tuesday, I had two follow up interviews for Wednesday, and I was working by Friday. The process couldnt have been easier or more smooth, I received a very good offer with great benefits, and the company is what I would consider my dream company that I almost surely would never have found were it not for Kristy. Give them a chance!

Terrible company. Placed me with a company that was horrible. Told them, they apologized saying that they knew this, but if you keep your head down and say yes sir then most people make it about one year. I have three degrees and asked for a professional, good company. They lied, and they knew it. Then, they began to change my resume and send it to companies without my approval. I got an interview, the HR person then said why do I have two resumes that are different. I said that I did not know they did this. I did not get the job. The Opti agent said that most companies dont care about resumes ??????? Clearly this one did, and I did not get the job. I fired Opti and asked that they never contact me again. More harm than good !!

Hannah was on point. She hustled to get us quality candidates to interview and hire when we were in a pinch. No candidate was a waste of time and I have high hopes for our new hire!

Nicole was amazing and got me hired in less than two weeks. I would highly recommend Opti to anyone looking to get hired quickly.

Didi and the girls at Opti have been out of this world WONDERFUL!!!! I have never gone through a staffing agency before and to be honest I was very skeptical in the beginning, just because it was new to me. BUT after our first conversation all that went away. I cant tell you how great these people are to work with. All the questions I had were answered and truthfully.... I have never felt like they were just telling me what I wanted to hear. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I certainly will if I ever come across someone looking for work. The customer service at Opti is 5 Star, keep up the great work girls (and I only say that because I havent worked with any men there) but im sure they are all just as knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I just want to thank Greg Spunt at OptiStaffing NE Portland for all of his help in placing me in an awesome job so quickly. I talked with him about my office experience and skills and provided my resume plus reference letters; and I had an appointment the very next day, with a job offer the same day. I know that it does not always work out that way - but it did with him, and I am eternally grateful! He is terrific with communication and follow-through, and he also provides helpful tips regarding the interview process. He really has his act together and deserves recognition for his efforts.

This place is joke, a company who makes money off of somebody elses skills should be uthinized. Only thing this place has is the gift of gabb. Also Opti likes to take peoples personal belongings home with them once your contract is terminated and you will never see them again. Manufactures stay away from Opti and their fake smile.

I worked with amber and ryan and i have to say they both did great work. I will be referring anyone that i know to this agency for work.
