In 2017, they made me believe that they partnered with my timeshare. If I invested with them, CEO have conventions at the Convention Center where I would sell my weeks from my timeshare. Al Jones could be bogus stated I would make enough money to pay my maintenance fee and take my mom on a vacation with my family. Al sent a bogus contract but he took my money. I called frequently and was lied. I talked to a lawyer. I will get justice! I am a teacher and caregiver.

They are thieves. This guy named David Griffin called me a hundred times until I was stupid enough to trust him and give him money...Guess what? He disappeared after that. I have been calling him almost daily and he is never at the office. He never returns my calls and what they tell me is that he is at some convention center marketing the propreties.Yeah right!!! And I believe in Santa Claus.I am going to hire an attorney and take actions. Somebody must do something to stop them from stealing peoples money.

If these people ever call you about helping you rent your timeshare... stay away. I paid $1200 for them to have access to 4 weeks of vacation time at the end of Nov 2015. It is now Sept 2016 and they have done nothing. They have sent me inquiries but those were 4 weeks out from the date they sent me for a Florida vacation . I knew the places would be booked. Then they sent me inquiries that would start on a wed to wed ( no timeshare starts on those days) All in all they have sent me in the last 10 months 9 inquires. I will say one time there was a match but they told me that they couldnt come to a price to rent. At that time I would have taken any amount of money to get some of my $1200 back. I have tried calling and emailing and have not gotten an answer back and if I do get someone on the phone they say how sorry they are and that they will send out more inquires within the week, I have not seen anything. So bottom line they are a scam, stay away!!!!!!

I foolishly sent them money for a 2 yr contract. At the end of this first year, no rentals. Have received only 7 offers in a year. When I call to complain, they say oh, you are getting offers next week. Also have 6 day offers and offers on off days which wont work for most time shares. My properties are in Az and Ca but they didnt mention they only send rentals offers in Fl. STAY AWAY!!!. I can see what the second year will be like. Wish some of us could get a class action suit going cause Chris and I arent alone..

These people hounded me until I responded to them. They offered me a special deal which meant my weeks would be sold in 60 days. I paid them $1000.00 for their services and when the 60 day period came they sent me offers which I responded to immediately. They called me later that day and informed me the other company had rented their client the rooms. I asked what does that have to do with me? They said the deals had been pulled and it would be another 30 days. To date, they have not contacted me. THIS IS A SCAM! I could not recommend the idiots services to anyone because they intentionally lie to get your money. DO NOT USE THE PEOPLE SERVICES UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY! THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED! THIS IS A REAL WARNING SO PLEASE TAKE HEED! DO NOT DO IT! NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NOTHING! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

WHAT A RIP OFF!! It’s been 8 months and have been given two offers in which where for two days from the requested date. Called the company and all they have to say is. “I’m sorry we are working on it.” Also they said they are working to get back into the convention center which means they can’t even do the job for which I am paying for. I am not getting the return I expected on my investment! This company is a rip off! Stay away!!!

I just got my timeshare rented out and i didnt even know i could. I rented out 4 weeks of my unused time and you guys sent me a rental check so i can balance out all my maintenance fees. i dont know what happen with the other Renters but i kno I will continue to work with you guys in the future...Thanks RTI

Think twice - We spent 2,399.00 (TOTAL RESORT SOLUTIONS) believing that Resort Travelers International was going to deliver based on what they promised - We were promised that we would make money for renting our timeshare and by checking getaways through Interval International services.Every month we were supposed to receive a document with dates and resort names from customers who were looking to book a resort. When we started getting the emails, we would check to see if the resort was available. Each time we checked for availability through Interval International the dates were never available. I called them several times and was told that they were working on getting us some more deals and we would be on their priority list that never happened.I even tried to call the rep who made the sale several times, and he never answered my calls or returned my messages. Our contract was for 5 years, and the first year we received the documents for about 6 months, and after that, we stop receiving emails. Please dont waste your money.

For the past four days I have had them call me and they have said they would guarantee that if I paid $ 1085.00 US they could rent my time share for $1500 to $1800 per wk. when something sounds to good to be true check it out especially as they want your money up front before you even see the contract. I told Jason that I went into the web site and looked up the reviews from the BBB and this company Resort Travellers has 17 negative reviews and only 3 postive. He told me that the BBB was a for profit business and could be bought. In Canada we believe in the BBB for keeping business honest. Please dont them trust them scam you out of your hard money. I wish to apologize to Jason for my rudness on the phone. But as I have stated dont let them scam you.

THEY SAY THE DONT DO REFUNDS BUT IF YOU THREATEN TO SUE OR NOTIFY POLICE AND/OR THE FEDS THEY PAY OUT. WONT BE A FULL REFUND BUT ITS BETTER THAN NOTHING
