I needed to get an old 2017 tax return filed so I could get approval for a mortgage loan. I was in a bit of a rush to make the 30 day closing on the home I was trying to purchase. I called and spoke with Pam. She understood my need for urgency and agreed to see me on a Friday evening at 5:30. She spent an hour and a half explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Mr Daniels is great. I feel like he is family not just my tax guy. He always is kind and helpful not only to me but everyone around him.

I left the appointment feeling confident that I filed my taxes correctly. Jay was also very confident and answered all questions in a simple way, which I very much appreciated. She also had a great personality and made the whole processes fun. She didnt take too much of our time, very efficient. I will definitely be coming back.

Paid for a second look and was still charged when I received a letter for the IRS. Mr. Daniels was unprofessional and rude in his explanation of why. Claiming that it was our fault. I called to complain and the supervisor doesnt know how to use the new system to file a complaint. We wont be back to H and R block after this experience. Hopefully we dont lose our healthcare because after we paid to have our I95 faxed it still wasnt.

Pam was wonderful!! She was knowledgeable and friendly and she got me a return that I was not expecting. She even went back and did a second look at the two previous years I had filed through Turbo Tax and is getting me more money! I cannot thank her enough. She is the greatest!

It was our first year of business ownership; we thought we were going to own an extensive amount. Harrold was pointing out write-offs we didnt even know existed. After being referred too Jay Patel I knew I found my forever tax professional.Might I add the staff is very friendly, and a very clean office. Communication has been great, doing taxes couldnt get easier.WARNING- If you use Jackson Hewitt, Dont!!!!!! I repeat DONT. I filed with them a few years ago and was the biggest mistake ever. They didnt even submit my business corporation till September. Only reason I found out was the IRS sent me a letter FINING me $1800 for submitting late. I called Jackson Hewitt freaking out and they just gave me the run around. So I drove up to one of their offices to get it straitened out. Lady told me to my face SHE would personally call me and get it resolved. NEVER DID. I ended up calling the IRS myself, which I found out are beyond nice and helpful. I got it all resolved no thanks to Jackson Hewitt.

Did my taxes here for years got audited this past year for 2017 called this office and regional corporate office paid for the so called peace of mind strongly advise not purchasing this gimmick bc when I called for help I never got a call back for help made a few calls no one wanted to help me now I owe the irs 4000 dollars bc I didnt know what all I needed thanks to the lack of any peace of mind by h&r block will never file here again or any h&r block again

I have used this office for several years wirh good results however, while he was significantly faster than the previous agent, this agent had me waiting for over 20 minutes past my appointment time even though there was no one else in his office then failed to ask several standard questions such as did I make any charitable contributions etc.
