I was told by REGUS staff that I could sign a Month to Month agreement which is what I needed and not only that, was told that I could move up or down the amount of services hired based on our needs as well. NONE OF THOSE HELD TRUE. I am being charged for a service I dont need and Im not Using, are forced into a ONE YEAR agreement when they specifically told us could work on a Month to Month basis.Please read all the fine print on the contracts, very unprofessional folks just wanting to sign you in, invoice you and make a dime. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM! Be aware of companies like this one!

Worst customer service experience!

Company stole money form us during the pandemic dont use this company ever I do have proof of theft of service from this company is a big scam they change the phone number and email so they dont have to respond note this is a real review domt at any cost use this company ever!!!!

Our company have been using Regus in Lake Mary for several years and all I can say is that they deserve 5 stars! Their staff are amazing, if it wasnt for them Id probably not renew each year. Highly recommend this office for your company needs.

Clean exterior with a relatively modern look. The inside was up to date and void of any life. There was no admin/security desk. Regus offices had clean lines and a modern feel. Everything was in place and professionally presented. The main rooms are large enough for small groups (up to 6 people) with additional smaller offices as well as larger conference rooms. Pens, highlighters, easel pads, etc are provided and ample for a days needs. There is a good amount of natural light and open spaces to feel comfortable. Ethernet ports are available everywhere. There are enough frosted windows/panels to feel open and keep privacy.

We signed a 12 month lease for office space at the Lake Mary, FL location. It has been a complete nightmare getting billed correctly. EVERY month they have continually charged us for services we have opted out of. We call and they assure us it was a mistake and that it will be corrected on the next invoice. So every month we wait to see the refund but guess what..... they never refund us they just keep billing us. I would recommend going elsewhere before renting from them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AVOID THE SCAM. When you sign up they want your credit card for automatic billing, however they billed me incorrectly within 3 hours of the agreement. I immediately called customer service and spoke with the front desk and manager, all said they would have it corrected. I was then billed for 2 additional months and was told oh this happens a lot The customer service team blamed the local team and the local team appeared to try and help, but in the end the manager lacked follow up or follow through. I canceled my agreement within 3 hours and still was charged over $200.00 for 1 -3 hour office space.I travel the country and use companies like this all over, by far the worst experience I have ever had. BTW- I have NEVER written a review ( good or bad ), but this company was so cavalier and completely unethical...complete disappointment, dont waster your money !

Beautiful building!

Being in regus for the time my company needed has been amazing. The reception staff and IT are fast to resolve any issues weve ever had and we had 28 employees in one little suite. They have a nice little kitchen on the floor with coffee and 2 dishwashers and its always kept immaculate. Also on the 4th floor they have an amazing cafe with really reasonable prices. If it got too hot they made sure the AC was cool for us. Our company will continue to look for regus spaces first before we look anywhere else for all temporary locations. A++
