Came here for the weekend of my wedding and had my bridal party to book rooms here as well as my family. The level of customer service that my wife and I, family and friends received was nothing less than excellence. 5 stars are not enough. Everyone that stayed here from my large group of about 23 rooms had nothing but great and pleasant things to say. Adrianna and Christina are absolutely phenomenal and so nice. I cant say enough about how great their customer service was and how so very accommodating they were to all of the needs that we had. I talked to them almost everyday just because theyre so pleasant to talk to. We are officially friends and will always be. They both are AMAZING!!!!The Westin Lake Mary will ALWAYS be my first choice to stay at whenever Im back in town. Not to mention that its super close to all of the eateries and stores that you will need during your stay.Thank you to all of the staff at this fine establishment that made my wedding weekend so great.Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

Everyone here is so nice and friendly! I booked a group rate for my wedding in June and they exceeded my expectations! They were very helpful with all my guests! the rooms were nice and clean..I loved it! I would highly recommend them! Christina answered all my questions and emails in a timely manner. Professionalism is superb!

Very clean and customer service is great. Hotel is located right across McDonalds and next to a 347 Grille restaurant. It is not far from other places to eat. Highly recommend Nans and Pops Ice Cream shop thats under 15 minutes from hotel. Theres a mall nearby as well. Parking is available all around the building.

Very neat and clean . I arrived early and was checked in flawlessly. Very comfortable bed, nice view of the pool, and fluffy towels...lolI look forward to staying there in the future.

The manager is a young kid that has no type of customer service experience. I called up before I stay to ask about a deposit and I was told that the deposit was already taken out and I didn’t have to pay anything at the hotel. When I got to the hotel the kid manager took one look at me and asked me to swipe my card but didn’t tell my why or for how much until after, he then told me it was a 100 dollar deposit for incidentals. He was also very rude and in a bad mood. He didn’t care that I called up and asked he practically called me a liar and said nobody told me that. I checked out Sunday and I’m still waiting for my 100 dollars. I called up to see if I they had released the deposit and they said they can’t see that on their end that I just need to wait. So they can take the money but not tell you if it’s released? The place is nice but the people there are rude and angry I’ll never stay there again and I’d never recommend it to anyone who is young or a minority. I say that because I asked other couples who were white and they said they weren’t charged a incidental. I also called corporate and they said it’s the hotels choice to charge a deposit. Therefore I was profiled and discriminated against. We did not mess up the hotel and we didn’t smoke because we don’t smoke but I assume that’s why he made me put 100 dollars down when the room alone was already 200.

Fast check in, amazing staff, clean rooms and restaurant delicious! Absolutely no complaints! I wanted to stay another night but the hotel was booked.

We come here once a year at least to visit our grandchildren. Weve had bad experiences at cheaper hotels with mold/mildew smell. ...and now Westin has it!? The minute you walk in the lobby, you can smell heavy deodorizer, like they are trying to cover up the mildew smell...I get a headache right away! Also now they took out the carpeting in the rooms and the floors are laminate cold and sticky. Not something comfortable to walk on at all! I honestly dont think we will be coming back..the smell ruined our stay!!

Last night Banquet, my son chose the steak option (pre-ordered for the event) only to be served a raw steak, many people from the event complained about their steak as well not being cooked properly. I hope they also write a review about it. It was disgusting! My son asked if they could cook for a little longer and they said NO!😳Definitely will not be going back to this hotel for anything. Poor service, horrible food.I honestly hope they take this review to make it better for other people that planning on spending money at this place!I added a picture of the steak.

We ate at Shulas 24/7. We shared four dishes; mussels, shrimp, blue cheese chips, and meatballs. Mussels and meatballs were tasteless. Shrimp were small but cooked okay. Not enough blue cheese on chips. My friends Titos on the rocks was $12.00! Way too high.The appetizer prices are $3.47 each so their prices are fine but whats the difference of the quality is poor?

Very clean room. Pool had ttash flooring all around. Bought potato chips in the lobby. I gave the man working the desk a $5.00 bill for the chips. He said $2.00 a bag. (1/2) ounce. I had 2e chan bags he said he had no charge. (Really). So I told him to keep the change. Got back to my room opened that first back almost finished it when I look at the date on the bag expired April 02- 2021. It was about 1am so I did nothing but go to sleep.

Clean and comfortable rooms and super friendly/helpful staff. One of very few hotel beds where I wake up without back pain.

Quiet, clean, fast check in. Nice corner king room. Spacious and modern. The bar was not busy at all but service was slow. Drinks were good. Had the Masquerade (strained) as I am not particularly fond of chunks of fruit in my drink. Hotel conveniently located to other bars and restaurants like Ruth Chris and Dexters.

The hotel was nice as was the front desk. The room well that was a different story. We got locked out of our room and couldnt get back in. They had to send two men to fix the door. There was lots of noise and consistent banging. We did not really enjoy the stay. Sadly would not recommend nor stay again.

Horrible stay! The staff was extremely rude. I would like to point out to Leonardo. He was very impolite and is mannerless! He doesn’t know how to talk to customers and doesn’t have the courtesy to say thank you. I would suggest the HR department of the hotel to train him or fire him entirely. He isn’t pleasant to guests at all.

Overall was a good experience but only thing was that I just didn’t get a good vibe from the hotel.

I was there with an entire bridal party (18 total) and the day of the wedding, the bride and groom could not take a shower because there was no hot water. When I tried to call, they told me “there was nothing they could do.” They didn’t offer to move them to another room or anything. Also, they had NO conditioner in the rooms. When I called, I was told “yes they are there.” I texted the bridal party and NO ONE had conditioner either... (or hot water.) I myself got myself a room for myself for after the wedding and I was woken up at 8am by the cleaning lady because “my room appeared as vacant.” I paid $150 for no hot water and someone coming into my room at 8am... terrible. The bride was less than happy. Hotel made zero effort to make it up to us. Disappointed.

My key didn’t work, I had an emergency and when I approached the manager for a new key he was not helpful and even witness his other employee yell at me. As a mother getting help for my son was crucial. They disregarded me and didn’t offer any help. The 347 Shula Resturant the bartender was serving drinks and while adding fruits etc to the drinks was doing so with her dirty hands . I even recorded this. Very disappointing!

Room was dirty... hair on the floor, stained sheets so we ask for a different room. Got to new room and same thing... pubic hair in the shower, floor and sink. No free coffee or breakfast in the morning. Very disappointing and I will definitely pass this on to my corporate sponsor.

I stayed on 10/24/2020. It was a complimentary stay but they asked for a deposit. No problem they should be returned after 7 business days. Still have not seen it I saw it come out my account. But never seen my deposit returned.

Nice inn, as expected for the Westin brand. Room was clean bathroom very big, Lobby inviting, check-in normal, though first room assigned had an issue with the door lock, and second room only one of the two key cards worked. Biggest down side was room thermostat was set on freezer mode and would not respond to attempts to change the temperature. Would I come back, probably under the same circumstances...lodging was arranged by a third party.

We stayed here a week ago and despite a large sign that states masks are mandatory they are not enforced. I pointed this out to the front desk and they did nothing. Furthermore, the room we stayed in freezing cold upon check in. I raised the AC temp and by the middle of the night when it warmed up a bit I realized everything was moist. Thats obviously why the AC was cranked up, to try and combat the humidity issue in the room. Also, the floor was not clean and I had to wipe up spilled liquid spots myself. I called Marriott Bonvoy to complain they said theyd look into it and get back to me and they did nothing either. Will never stay there again.

I can’t wait to stay here again for my next business trip. I was upgraded to a suite for being a gold elite member and the room was amazing. I love the Westin club I was able to get a cookie and water when I first arrived late, and coffee and breakfast to go in the morning was a great extra perk. I was also really excited about the workout room there were so many options for kettle bells, free weights, and even TRX was available. Room was spacious, had a kitchen, and bed was really comfortable. All around in amazing stay!

Ignoring the large event that was taking place in the hotel during my stay which impacted everything about the hotel for 3 days, it was a good hotel. I would stay there again for short trips (2-3 days) but would not for anything longer than that. There was no place to sit or eat in my room other than the bed or a chair immediately next to my bed with a very small side table.

Staff was friendly and room was nice.

The location was great and close to where I was working but I mostly enjoyed the cleanliness, beauty and comfort of this hotel. The beds were so comfortable and the shower was like rain. I loved it. If you stay here, you have to have dinner at Shula’s. I had the Filet Mignon Medallions and it was the best I have ever eaten. My friend got a Ribeye that practically covered his plate. Everything was perfect.

Very Clean hotel. Room was clean and nicely updated. We really enjoyed our stay. Only spent 1 night, so we didnt get a chance to use most of the amentities there, so I cannot comment on them. Hotel location is GREAT. Walk across the street and have a plethora of restaurants and shops to choose from. Hotel location was the #1 reason I chose to stay here for a night out with the wife.

This was not a good visit. I travel all over the world and I have stayed in many great and not so great properties. This was a beautiful property riddled with issues.There was no water available for showers or toilet when we arrived. We werent informed of this by the front desk; we learned of it by reading a paper shoved in the door. I had been traveling all day... this was not welcome news. It appears the water was turned off intentionally for testing or some kind of planned system work, but had I known that, Id have stayed somewhere else. We generally arrive very late at hotels.Next, the refrigerator in the room didnt work, but we didnt realize it until the next morning. We had medication which had to stay cold and left it in the refrigerator only to discover it got warm.To add insult to injury the small digital display of our air conditioning control panel was distorted and only showed partial digits; we were unable to set the temperature correctly. We realized this a few hours later when we woke up, sweating.The clock in the room had a night light feature on it which was impossible to turn off. Only some of the buttons worked on the unit. It appeared to be damaged. Thats probably why we couldnt shut the light off.This became a problem at 5:00AM when an alarm started going off on the clock. No combination of button pushing on the damaged unit would make the unit be silent. I finally had to get up and unplug it from the wall, which wasnt easy, as the cord was tracked behind the built in night stand.The second night of our stay the WIFI was turned off for some reason; testing, again, or something to that effect. (Sigh.)When it was finally time to leave (thank goodness) after the second night of our stay, I went down in the early AM to check out and have some documents printed, but I could not find anyone behind the desk. I called the main hotel number from my cell phone, standing there in the lobby, and could hear the phone ringing for over a minute. No one came. I started attempting to use the printer and computers in the small business area by the front desk. Although the printer was connected, I was not able to print my document. This was after, of course, I went through the laborious process of emailing myself the document from my computer, logging in and then opening the email on the business center computer, and finally selecting the print option, except nothing happened.Wont be back!

Good value business hotel.

I travel and must stay in hotels which I never look forward to until now. My stay at the Westin Lake Mary, Orlando North was different than most hotels. Right from walking into the lobby I felt like this was a great choice. The lobby is expansive, clean, soft music playing and hotel staff greet you. The staff always addressed me by name. While my room needed updating ( I’m told the rooms are being updated by floor) it was very clean and comfortable. The workout room was top notch, restaurant nice and pool beautiful. I really had a nice stay at the Westin Lake Mary, Orlando North and highly recommend this property to others.

I stayed at the Westin recently. It was the best stay Izvestia had in a hotel. The staff is great. It’s super clean, quiet and very convenient. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

This hotel is phenomenal, I thought I was in a Marriott, then one of the staff told me about the transition, so I was right Marriott bought Weston. Wonderful, only the best!!! They only hire the best, they only buy the best bedding, linens. Your add should say the best place to stay “on earth” cause the bed is out of this world!!! We stay at the Marriott in Bradenton Fl for the Blues Festival every December, we will have to check out the Weston there

I just had a phenomenal experience with Leslie! I’ve been to many hotels that provide buffet option during lunch and the staff is typically nice. However, Leslie was extremely professional and engaging. She catered to my needs as if I was VIP and I sincerely appreciate the attention to people. Thank you, Leslie!

Exceptional place to stay when traveling with pets. Clean room, comfy bed and great staff. Room service needs work, but was very quick. Not many vegetable options and limited menu.

My stay here at the Westin with my two boys ages 10 and 4 months was great. Check- in process was smooth. No hassles. Room was spacious- 2 queen size beds given, clean, television was a great size almost thought I was at a theater, lol( it was about a 60 inch), bathroom was equipped. And I didnt even have to ask for a iron it was already in the room. To top it off it had a Don Shula restaurant on site so I paid for a breakfast voucher included with stay and breakfast was delicious especially the buffet. The blueberry pancakes were everything! The waitress there was good as well( forgot his name). I would definitely recomend if ever in the Lake Mary, Orlando area.

The staff were all very friendly. Even housekeeping staff said hello and asked if I needed anything. That is a great touch. I did have trouble with reservations and check though. It took several attempts to get my reservation confirmation sent to my email. I travel for a Florida State College and so am tax exempt. I turned in my tax cert. to the front desk and was /assured/ no taxes would appear on my bill, yet when my bill was delivered to my room, I was charged taxes. So, I had to take time to deal with this when I could have been doing the business I came here to do. The next time I have an Association of Florida Colleges (AFC) event at Seminole State College I look forward to staying there again.

I wouldve gave full 5 stars, but my husband and I were so disappointed. The first room that was given to us - sheets were dirty and stained. The front desk was able to switch the room and comp us breakfast which was great. But then Saturday there was an event and the hotel was a mess. There was no parking - took us 1 hour to find parking because management was not able to help. The lobby was dirty trash all over the floor, there was spilled drinks and no one bother to clean up. So disappointed. Would not stay again.

What are these black specs on my white clean sheets is what I was wondering before I went to bed and when I woke up in the morning there were more. From the pictures I thought this hotel was going to be luxurious and nice. The pool area was not maintained when I arrived. The comfort of the room was not great considering there was no carpeting and just sticky wood floors. They were black specs on my bed. The bathroom floor did not look clean. Would not recommend. I love Marriott properties but not this one.

We are a wedding & event planning company based in Orlando, FL and we worked with the sales department to set aside a block of rooms and the post-wedding brunch for our clients wedding. Our clients love the finer things in life based on their lifestyle and they loved their stay at the Westin. Their guest loved the post-wedding brunch as well.Working with catering and sales was a pleasure as they replied to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. I received real answers to all my questions. We will continue to refer to this property as well as their catering staff.

I am very familiar with the Westin Lake Mary, Orlando North hotel since we often eat there on Sundays after church. I also try to stay there when in Sanford for special events. This is a reasonably priced, albeit not inexpensive, hotel that is reliable for comfort, food, amenities, etc. The room is Westin comfortable-great bed, clean comfortable room, nice staff, good restaurant with good options for any kind of meal.

The parking lot was full except for the cone blocked areas (why?!). We had to circle a couple of times to find a spot.We were unable to obtain a cot, roll out, pull out or other separate accommodation for our second child. Pillows and blankets on the floor had to suffice.The pool was advertised as heated but was most definitely not. I checked each event in that frigid artic water and none of them were producing warm water.The hot tubs bubble pump seem to be broken as well.The coffee maker produced something that was undrinkable even to my well-traveled palate.We didnt let the broken wheel on the luggage cart slow us down as we quickly checked-out and left in the morning.

2 blocks from I-4 and exit 101 A turnpike, spent 2 comfortable nites at clean and modern westin with spacious lobby, in room coffeemaker, nice pool and hot tub. ck in/out was quick and easy, and young Byron was invaluable in helping locate and navigate local attractions, even drew a map! the gym was outstanding, spacious, and clean, with bar and kettle bells, and cycle, weights, and treadmill machines. also mats and benches for abs and flys all good! especially liked the cold filtered water dispenser and clean towels to complete my 2 1hour long workouts. nice big flat screen with 50 plus channels, watched mma and bond movie without any glitches. shulas restaurant lobby side open early and late with very reasonable breakfast and happy hour. all in all, reasonable price add amenities gets 5 stars.. oh yes was especially happy with energy and water saver features

We have stayed here ceveral time and my wife loves the area. Shulas 347 is on of our favorite restaurants. The Lake Mary area is safe and beautiful.

Great hotel. Modern and fresh with superb rooms. Heavenly beds with top quality linens and outstanding comfort. Every bit of the hotel immaculately clean and well maintained. Nice gym and outdoor pool. Spacious executive lounge serving continental breakfast which we received on a complimentary basis as the hotel upgraded our stay - nice touch.Our biggest surprise however was the onsite restaurant - Shulas Grill. Can highly recommend. The food was some of the best we had during our whole stay in the US. Great menu choice with perfectly cooked steaks, fish, crab cakes and sandwiches. We ate in the grill on both nights and the food was consistently good and brilliantly presented. We were served by young, professional and enthusiastic staff who really went the extra mile.This hotel is a real credit to the Westin brand and shows what can be achieved when you have good management and bright motivated staff. Can highly recommend.

Visited for a bit of R and R. If youre looking for a resort property (poolside waitstaff, on-site golf, tennis, etc) this is not the place, but it was fine for our purposes. Staff very nice and accommodating. Good workout room. Great location - lots of great restaurants, shopping, etc in the area. Plenty of free parking which is a major plus. Shulas 347 is $$$ but worth it.Very clean but worn looking hotel, mainly because of carpet stains in halls, outside meeting space, and in rooms. Pool is much smaller that it looks in pictures but quite nice.The only pieces of constructive criticism I would offer would be 1) housekeeping improvement. We were overlooked the first day (though front desk rectified when we asked late afternoon) Ensuing days housekeeping left dirty dishes and empty coffee cups in room, a (complimentary) robe disappeared and we were afraid we would be charged for it (again, front desk was accommodating when alerted) and clothes were left unfolded on chairs/floors. Maybe thats just the rule/norm here so no real inconvenience and 2) Club Level Room enhancement - limited hours with food and cocktail choices mediocre at best. The free water and sodas were wonderful, however.Overall, a decent value.

From the concierge, to the front desk staff, to check in, to restaurant staff, this hotel met and exceeded all expectations. We were so impressed with our stay, and will definitely be back. The room was modern, spacious and clean, the executive level staff was amazing and we enjoyed our stay for New years eve.

Very nice. Rooms well kept. Great staff. Had to change rooms because of a water leak in the AC unit. They sent staff up to help us move everything. Had great food. Shulas restaurant was part of the hotel. Had great breakfast every morning.

Such an amazing hotel to stay at. I stayed here for army training and they were more then helpful and friendly. I am so glad this is the hotel the army choose to stay at. I appreciate everything they do for me and do for everyone else that comes here. I Cant wait till next time I have training since this place is so amazing!

Check In:I was given my keys & room number but was not given any info about the amenities, checkout time, etc. This info was also not available in the room. Therefore I was forced to go looking for it on my own. If I wanted to know the pool hours I had to go to the pool to find out. If I wanted to know what time checkout was, I had to ask the front desk.The Room:I had no fridge or microwave. I could have ordered them at an additional $10 each per day. Most hotel chains that charge this much per night include these in the room rate. They provided a cooler that was similar to a fridge, but it was dirty & moldy inside so I had to purchase Clorox cleansing wipes to clean it myself. There were some long black hairs on the floor in the bathroom. Both my busband and I have short hair.The Pool & Jacuzzi:The pool was not kept well. It wasn’t clean. The drains need to be scrubbed clean because they’re moldy. It’s supposed to be a heated pool, but it wasn’t. There is a bush by the jacuzzi that is overgrown and out of control so it affects where you can sit. The jacuzzi is pretty weak. Some of the jets are turned around or defective so when the jacuzzi is on, you can barely see any movement in the water.Pet Friendly:The hotel is pet friendly but they don’t have any areas on the property where guests can actually walk their dogs. There are rocks and gravel everywhere so we actually had to leave the hotel grounds to walk our dog on the sidewalk in front of the hotel where there was grass. They provide pet beds which my dog enjoyed. They also provide a pet bowl, but it was huge, clearly for a large dog, which is ironic because they don’t allow large dogs!Food:They do not offer free breakfast but you can order food through room service or buy breakfast at Shula’s 347 Grill, which is in the lobby. I think room service is seriously over priced, but you can decide for yourself. We did have dinner at Shula’s and I highly recommend it! The food, the service and the prices were phenomenal!!!Overall, the stay was ok. We would probably not go back because I don’t believe that what you get for what you pay is comparable. I would more likely find another pet friendly property in the area that is less expensive.

Great suburban Orlando property. Only issue is the on-site restaurant is so popular reservations are needed and room service options are only so so. If you dont plan to have a car make a reservation for dinner early.

This hotel is great for leisure or business. Samantha, who worked at the front desk, quickly checked us in and got us on our way. We happened to be celebrating our daughter’s 19th birthday and was greeted with a birthday card signed by several staff members and a slice of cheese cake with whip cream and strawberries. Thank you Mr. Constantino and staff!!! We were placed on the club level floor with a room with a large bay window and a scenic view as well as a spacious bathroom. The hotel was located near a mall with tons of restaurant options, shops, and a movie theater. The staff that we encountered was extremely professional and helpful!

This is my second business trip to Orlando and my second stay at Westin Lake Mary. It offers well appointed rooms maintained to an excellent level, very good food and amenities and the staff are all exceptional - polite, professional, courteous and helpful. Shulas 347 offers a good range for breakfast and some very good lunch and evening meals at good prices, supplemented by a great range of drinks. There is a well equipped fitness centre and the star of the show - a great outdoor pool and heated plunge pool. I highly recommend this hotel to business travellers and family groups alike.

The fitness room was larger than most hotels and the pool was inviting with an well-though out design (not just a boring rectangular shape). The surrounding area was nice and somewhat upscale with lots of chain and local restaurant options. Well definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Super modern and nice hotel! Staff was lovely, and my room was fantastic! Very higenic and the service was awesome!

Nice place with a boutique-y vibe. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of conference rooms. Good restaurant and bar!

First and foremost the manager Kim K is amazing. Kim treated my family and I like we were VIP’s. The front desk staff at check in/out were super friendly and attentive. Every time we walked passed an employee they greeted us and always smiling. The hotel is beautiful, well kept, and great location. The atmosphere inside makes you feel like you are on a vacation even if you were there for business. The rooms were extremely clean, the bathroom was beyond clean...the tub was gleaming white. I didn’t use housekeeping however when I needed fresh towels they were always nice and giving. I highly recommend this hotel not only because it holds the Westin standards but the staff and Kim K truly believe in customer service. I can’t wait to visit again.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here 14 months ago! What a great choice. Alana, the catering sales manager, was simply wonderful. She was so accommodating and very communicative with me and my wedding planners throughout the process. Things went off without a hitch and our guests had very positive things to say about our special day and cuisine. Alana had a leg injury that weekend, but she didnt let it slow her down one bit. She had her little scooter and was just so helpful, along with the entire Westin staff. She really listened to our wishes and went above and beyond to make things special...Including rose petals and cider in our honeymoon suite after the wedding! Overall, great decision to have our wedding reception there. If youre considering it, look no further. Good pricing and GREAT service.

We had a great experience at this hotel. They managed our event perfectly, from the venue to the sound system. Refreshments were always stocked, and the sanitation servicemen kept checking in on us. Their catering, however, left something to be desired. I do not recommend Shulas 347 Grill for catering, as their pasta was dry and frozen.
