My fiancé and I spent nearly a year looking at wedding bands for my very contoured engagement ring. Considering we couldn’t find anything, we knew we had to go with a custom ring. Many stores said they would need my engagement ring for 3-6 weeks, which we weren’t comfortable with. We walked into Pierce Jewelers and we’re blown away by the professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. Jason was the main guy who helped us through the process, and Lance made the ring. When I saw the final product, I literally cried. It’s absolutely beautiful and better than I imagined. If you need a custom ring, Pierce Jewelers is where you NEED to go!

I wouldnt buy fine jewelry anywhere else. Lance custom-made a wedding and anniversary band to compliment my gorgeous Simon G wedding ring. The folks at Pierce Jewelers (including Jason and Jimmy) also educate about good ring care, how to get the ring off when its a bit snug and sent me home with jewelers loupe so I could identify my diamond readily (they mounted it with the inclusion at 12 oclock (or maybe its 6!) This is by far the best jeweler Ive ever met. I was gifted an heirloom piece of jewelry that I was worried about wearing every day. I was quoted over a thousand dollars to have the setting repaired by a jeweler in NJ who also told me the quality of it wasnt that great, that some of the stones should be replaced. When I brought it to Pierce, they complimented the craftsmanship of the piece. I had them appraise it for insurance purposes and they did all the simple setting repairs free of charge. Now THAT is customer service. They assured me that my piece wasnt damaged and could be worn every day. I now enjoy a piece of my family without the guilt of thinking it could fall apart. I go in for routine cleanings free of charge. I am always feel welcome in the store even though I may not be purchasing anything. Highly recommend supporting this business.

I used Pierce for a stone and clasp replacement. The service and price were great. Recently I asked them to look at some donated jewelry for a cat rescue I volunteer with and I needed a watch battery for a donated watch. They wouldn’t let me pay and donated their time and the watch battery. Along the way I learned how they are all animal lovers as well. The jewelry in their store for sale is beautiful. These are good people

The best experience I have had in any jewelry store. I needed my earrings reset and I wanted the setting to be different than the norm. Jason made it easily possible. Everyone in the store was very nice and welcoming, even with my two little kids. The only place I will ever use!

I cannot highly recommend this business for your jewelry needs enough. Whether it is browsing for a new piece or asking for something custom, their staff and inventory can do it all. My family has used them for my custom wedding band, my husbands wedding band, and to make two custom gifts for family. We are not extremely knowledgeable about jewelry or the custom process, but the entire staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience and were confident and happy in our purchases. When they say call or come in for anything, they mean it. Theyve altered post purchase items for us, cleaned and re finished jewelry all with a smile. They go above and beyond in their kindness, communication, assistance in explanations, and follow up. Also, their dogs are very cute.
