Incredible product and great customer service. Everyone is a pleasure to work with and the backups have been very reliable. I also like the ability to spend them up in the cloud if I need to.

Im so glad we have Nordic Backup. Honestly, I forget we have it until Im in a panic from accidentally deleting a project that Ive been working on for months! Backing up and restoring old backups is as seamless as can be. Literally took me 3 minutes to restore everything I accidentally deleted. This service is worth it.

I have a multi-machine license but was having difficulty establishing backups on my second PC. However, before I even attempted to reach out to the company, a customer service rep called me. ON A SATURDAY. The Nordic-Backup rep was enormously helpful: fast, efficient, and totally informed. I got my backup working fine. My attempts to quickly duplicate the setup on my second machine failed, however. I ran out of time and have for months been fearful of a disc crash but unable to carve out time to address it. I sent a single email to Nordic Backup support. I received an prompt email describing hours live support is available. A day later I got a call from James asking to help me configure. This rep had me running promptly, answered various other questions (all utterly basic...but helpful given my time challenges). Again: efficient, fast, totally informed.For me, this is unbeatable service. BTW, regarding the product itself, I have successfully restored. In my case, it was a single file that I accidentally overwrote. The process of accessing the file was obvious enough. I was bacck in business in 10 minutes.

We use Nordic Backup for some key files that we arent able to store on our cloud servers. The software is very easy to use. Recenlty, one of our local database files was unexpectedly corrupted, and we were immediately able to restore the previous nights backup with no loss in operational time. Great product!

Nordic is everything they say it is, easy to install and just works behind the scenes without making my computer run slower. I saw an issue in one of the emails and called and they were easy get a hold of and really patient in explaining everything as they resolved the issue. Highly recommend, great company with a great support.

This has worked out wonderfully for me. After downloading my backup files I can pick exactly which ones to reinstall to avoid any potentially harmful or unwanted ones. Just drag and drop, doesnt get much easier. I most recently deleted I file that I actually needed. I was able to find it in the backup and get it back again.

I have been using Nordic Backup for 2+ years for a small land surveying business I own. I was referred to them by Syderware Technologies in Bulverde, TX after they were able to retrieve/save all my job files after my computer crashed. I havent had a bad experience with Nordic Backup, they level of communication and customer service is first class. Retrieving files is simple. I do wish they had a mobile app where files could be retrieved as needed, but its not a deal breaker for me. Hopefully in the future this option will be added. I highly recommend Nordic Backup.

Using Nordic Backup is just so easy! The daily emails showing the successful backups and knowing that all our data is safely waiting for us should we lose it locally is very reassuring.

Fortunately, have not had to restore our data. But, having the piece of mind knowing that if we do eventually need to, it will be backed up and there waiting for us - is a great feeling.

Last year my hard drive crashed. When I tried to restore from another cloud service, I discovered it had not been updating and the most recent backup was several months old. As a result I lost all the data from that time period. The repair shop I took my computer to recommended Nordic and sold me a one year subscription. It was supposed to fully backup and keep it backed up on a daily basis. I constantly get notices backup failed. I spoke to support several times and still never had a complete backup, cant access on-line the files it did backup, or find a list of what was backed up. Support changed settings a couple times and still no complete backup. Once I was told in an annoyed voice you have to leave your computer ON I explained it was always on except for power failures. I didnt get the impression he believed me. Another time he blamed it on probable slow upload speeds. I shouldnt matter if upload was slow, I should have had at least ONE complete back up in one year! For me, it was a waste of $99. I have gone back to manual hard drive back ups until I choose a different cloud backup service.

Nordic Backup has the best pricing when it comes to cloud backups. Also the 24 hr support is top notch!.

Five Stars - This backup program saved me when we had a corrupted program. My other backup failed and by going back on my Nordic Backup to the day before I was able to reconstruct the damaged files.
