I wish I could give Avis 0 stars. Everything went well until I had to return the car, overcharged 100 dollars for fees I was not told about. Employee at the location said he could not issue a refund on the spot, and to call the customer support. Called customer support and they said I was responsible for the charges even tough I wasn’t aware of them. One of the charges was a fuel charge, which the employee just randomly entered because he never even came out to check the car in. Avis will Never ever get a penny from me again. Go to enterprise, hertz, any where but here.

Missed a very important meeting lost a big contract for my company. Had a 8am reservation didnt get a car until 11am

This place is great! If you have a bad experience here is because you are either high maintenance or a snowflake, you decide. They get busy and any small business if tough but they have ALWAYS gone out of there way to get me what I need and I rent cars a week at a time. Great Job, keep up the good work!

I had no idea this place even existed. I rent often for work and this being so much closer to my house is super convenient!! Its only the owner that works there and she takes such great care of me every time. I wanted a specific car my first time there and though it took a couple hours, she made it happen. LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Rude. Took forever. Charged me extra hidden fees at the end that I had no idea existed until I turned in the car.

The young lady Allison was so helpful, and got me in a car and on the road quickly after having to put my car in the shop for repairs.

Was a guest at the hotel for a business event. Came in and the person at the desk wouldnt even take a moment from what they were doing to assist me. Clearly didnt care to help me by blowing me off. My experience in the area and at the hotel was superb yet was absolutely let down with this place. Dont waste your time here ... go to an enterprise or elsewhere.
