Extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided by Premier Strategy Partners. After spending over $1000s; $600 of that spent on a website that was never completed as promised, PSP avoided all calls and messages my company made to them.We did receive two coaching sessions that as a company we decided were not valuable for us, although someone else with less social media knowledge could find valuable. The website was built with menus and text but PSP was unable to design a professional looking website as promised. A half done job is still a job undone!The blame was always placed on the customer or the platforms we chose. From our understanding, SiteGround a very popular hosting site was one of the reasons the job was not completed. I believe the deflection and finger pointing was to remove the spotlight from their lack of competency in their service area.There was no excuse for completely cutting off communication despite having a contract. The trust we placed in PSP was taken advantage of and our patience, not appreciated. We are a start up and deciding to spend our limited resources on what we thought was a strategic partnership we could trust was important for our growth and survival.Nonetheless, we survived the financial loss and have moved on from the situation. It was our intent to write a review from the very beginning. We hoped it couldve been a positive review to help promote a good business partner, but unfortunately that was not the case. No hard feelings, we just would not recommend Premier Strategy Partners to any of our friends, family, business partners or you.
