Worse job experience I ever had. Recruiting was great. Initial company on-boarding is very promising, but my project and team on-boarding demonstrated poor initiative and direction. Favoritism is demonstrated to a specific culture at this specific location. Lots of diverse groups you can be a part of but then you hear about so many others negative experiences. Extensive work hours seem to be the only way to gain respect from long-term employees. My advice is to have your performance expectations outlined in as much detail as possible before accepting a position. Also, make sure your skill set align with the job description and the hiring managers expectations.
