If you have any time sensitive testing you need to finish DO NOT GO HERE. Had an at home sample test that couldn’t be delivered until lunch around 2. You would think it’s no problem since they’re supposedly open until 2:30 but no. Doors locked and nobody answered well before then. Waste of a test and waste of time. PLEASE do yourself a favor and find a better organized location to get your work done at if you can.

Every time I come here so pleased with their work. They are fast and detailed. Definetly recommend this one.

Worse than the health department. This place has gone down hill quickly. The lobby is always crowded and no one is in a hurry to get you out of there. It is also dirty. Worst lab by far. I am so frustrated my insurance requires me to come here. Quest is next door in the same building and is so much better. Avoid if possible.

Ive been here plenty of times and always good service always! But today idk whats going on i was aware of there lunch being from 12:00-12:30pm so i got there at exactly 11:47 and the door was locked. I my self am on lunch break so i awaited for someone to come out a patient that was having testing and an employee was opening door for him to come out at the time was 11:53 i told the lady i thought your lunch was at 12:00? she said yeah were closed for lunch i told her door has been locked since i got here at 11:47 and im on my lunch break i apologies she said well we got to eat lunch too and then slammed the door in my face. So i guess they stop talking people for lunch at 11:30 or so and lock door. So people get there before so they wont be rude other wise there fast and polite.

I cant remember her name. But shes a retired nurse from GA. She was such a sweetheart and joy to be around. Which is really rare, thanks for all that you do ❤

I have this extreme needle in my veins phobia. The older woman and the dim lights help me not to pass out. I dont know the older ladies name but shes good at finding veins. Thats what is most important to me .

Terrible place to deal with. Front office personnel has absolutely no customer service skills and doesnt answer the phone AT ALL!

Overall poorly run. Door doesnt open so if you are old and alone good luck getting in. Being a healthcare provider myself this place is unacceptable.

I brought my 2 1/2 year old daughter in and was extremely nervous about how it would go. They exceeded my expectations. The woman that drew her blood was quick and gentle, and the young man that helped me hold her down was singing Frozen songs to her while loading her up with her favorite stickers. I am very appreciative for the staff and how attentive they were.

Terrible place !!! It was Crowded !, it was 1 person to do everything, we had an appointment an we had to wait anyways for an hour to do the check in! They didn’t do nothing with my daughter, I made an appointment for a pediatric labs, they only tried 1 time with her and nothing happened. She said we need to return !we wasted our time on that site

They have hands down the best team. They are competent, punctual and courteous, what more can you ask for?! This is my go to. Thank you to this team for being awesome!

What a great experience considering I have horrible anxiety and hate needles. Both the front desk lady and lab tech were so pleasant & kind. Helped me work through my anxiety and we’re able to draw my blood. Thank you for having a clean, friendly establishment and if ever I need more lab testing this is where I will be scheduling my appointments. Worth the drive for great care. Thank you again 🙏

We just visited this place for my 2year old daughters blood test after I checked the online feedback. Labcorp always gets negative comments. But the lake Marys lab seems good and it worth this high evaluation. My baby stayed clam during the blood drawn what surprised me. The staff is so experienced that my baby didnt feel any pain. I will definitely visit again even if I should drive 30mins to get there.

As a mom of 4, the anxiety was high taking in my 5 year old son to get blood work done. the staff was so amazing and so friendly and worked with keeping him happy and calm. chatted with him the entire time and cheered him on with positive words. thank you for keeping this mommas anxiety at bay and making the situation pleasant and stress free.

I walked out this morning. i waited 45 minutes arriving at 7 am the waiting room was parked some people were not wearing masks and they were sitting on top of each other The person at the desk had no clue what she was doing and they took three people in the time I was there It was a joke and dangerous to the people there

I went to the LabCorp in Lake Mary for routine testing and it was an easy and smooth visit. I was 30 minutes early but they were able to see me right away when I got there and I was in and out in 5 minutes. The tech drawing my blood was friendly and professional. I would definitely go back to this location. I cant find anything negative like previous reviewers.

Very fast service. Theyll have you in and out in no time. Of course if you go at peek hours there will be a longer wait just like anywhere else. Very painless blood draws. Love it!

My insurance changed from Quest Diagnostics to LabCorp, and I was unsure about LabCorp as I heard so many negative things about them. I walked in and was greeted at the check in desk, the staff was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. Will definitely be going back to Lake Mary LapCorp.

Need to fix the bad reviews that are posted here. They are from a long time ago. I walked into the office ( no appointment) at 1:30 pm. Explained that I had another Doctors appointment at 2:00 and wanted to know if they could make sure I was out in time to make my other appointment. I was told absolutely.Had urine and blood work done. I walked out at 1:43 pm. The staff was very pleasent and helpful. Office was clean and chairs were comfortable, but I wasnt in one long. Made my other appointment with no problem.

Like every other time Ive been here, appointment was 35 minutes ago and I was here 15 minutes early...still waiting, while walk-ins go first...why even make appointments? Staff is friendly, Im guessing understaffed.....Update, I just went again, got there 15 minutes early and was out the door headed to my car 6 minutes before appointment time. Perhaps it depends on how many walks are there. Super quick this time and friendly as usual!

In and out in 5 minutes, always a nice experience with labcorp. My veins are trouble sometimes, but the technician barely left a mark! Appointment was 1:45 on a Wednesday incase that helps anyone with picking a good time!

Horrible, just horrible. Ive been there several times and the wait time even when you have an appointment is absurd, not to mention the rudeness of the people that work there in the front. Employees in the back were nice though.

Hands down, the most infuriating excuse for customer service I have ever experienced. The receptionist, Nidia, barked directions at me once I arrived, and did not inquire about whether I had an appointment (I did, and I marked it on the sheet). She took the 10:45 appointment before my 10:30, and when I went back up to check the sign in sheet, she yelled PUT THAT DOWN. DO NOT TOUCH THAT at me. When I told her I had an appointment at 10:30 she did not apologize, she just told me to go sit down. She then proceeded to tell me I had never been there before (Ive been there about ten times), and that I didnt do my insurance stuff right so she had nothing to go on. I would assume this was some sort of error on her part, because Ive never had an issue any other time Ive been there. Not once was there a kind tone or apology uttered by her.Eventually they got that sorted out and they tossed a urine cup at me and barked another order & pointed in the direction of the restrooms. Which are filthy, by the way. There was...well...you can guess...all over the toilet, on the wall (?!), etc. Very inviting.After that, the blood drawing lady put a tourniquet on my arm REALLY tightly and jammed a needle into my vein, promptly blowing it. Did I mention there was trash and wrappers all over the floor in the room where the blood gets drawn? I walked out with a blood soaked bandage, and hours later I am still bleeding under the skin and look just terrible. This place is a blood drawing mill with the worst employees ever.

Well I have now tried for 2 days to speak to a person or make an appointment for collecting a specimen. Their web site for appointments does not work and their phone system is just as bad since the only thing that answers the phone call is a machine telling you to hold and how busy they are.. I have called every phone number that I can find that is theirs and even the corporate number is NOT answered by a person!Are they even in business? I dont know but Ill give them another day and if I cant make an appointment then I guess I will go to Quest.

I went to this location for a drug screen for employment and was informed they dont do them at this location.

Labcorp is terrible. They bill faster than they draw your blood. I used to go to Orange City, FL and it is no surprise that they are closed now. They make you wait a very long time on uncomfortable chairs. If you have a lot of time to waste and dont mind being packed into a waiting room with lots of other people waiting for an understaffed facility to draw your blood go here.

This Labcorp location is the worst I have ever visited! Mohammed, the Indian receptionist is rude beyond belief. He was nasty and quite demanding that I give him my charge card so that he could take down the card information in case my insurance company did not pay. WHAT?? I have two insurance companies and have NEVER had an incident where they did not pay for my lab work. Personally, am thinking this ignorant man just wanted my card info to go shopping online. The waiting room was full and people were getting angry with the wait time. Mohammed was flat out nasty to people when they explained they had jobs to get to. I walked out after dealing with Mohammed and my charge card and just watching what was going on in that waiting room for 20 minutes. Mohammed needs to be terminated and a friendlier, better educated, American needs to be hired to better deal with patients and their various forms of insurance. Dont waste your time going to this Labcorp location as it will do nothing but frustrate you -- and be sure to keep your charge card information in your pocket!

I usually have a good experience when visiting the Lake Mary office! It’s a quiet clean place. However, the receptionist is not very friendly. He always seems uptight & not to pleasant.

June 19, 2013 I called Lab Corp in Altamonte Springs to request infomation. Someone with an accent responeded we are all busy and you can come down here and take your chances Her tone implied that I was an interrruption that she did not have time for. I replied that she was not making a very good PR representation. She hung up the phone at that point. I promptly called back to complain.Repeat customers keep your doors open. Not first timers. One does not have a second chance to make a first impression. I will certainly tell all of my friends, who will tell all of their friends, who will tell all of their friends. We do have a choice in where we take our business.

Why have a phone if you never answer it? Worst customer service ever.

I was about to go there and get tested, thank you for heads up! I will recycle here again to report!
