I chose to use this taxi service because of the good reviews, however I did not have a good experience. The driver was overall unprofessional including in type of conversation, and this was definitely one of the most uncomfortable taxi rides I’ve ever taken. Though at least at a baseline I was able to get from one place to another, I would not choose to use this particular company again.

I was traveling between the Lake Mary Sunrail Station and the Sanford-Orlando Airport. Friends told me to use uber. I found it would not accept my travel Visa card. So I googled for a taxi service in the Lake Mary area, read the reviews for A1A. Called on Saturday to schedule my Monday ride. Told them what time my train would be arriving. I stepped off the train right into the waiting cab. Thanks Derrick. I loved the conversation and the ease of the drive. I recommend this taxi service and the Sunrail!!

Worst damn service I waited for 30 mins then called n ask where my driver was they told me 20 mins okay I waited some more my driver call me n tells me 15 more mins still after 15 more mins still not here waited over and hour, n was extremely late for work.

This taxi company is very untruthful unfriendly the guy that owns the company Dean stole my credit cards Social Security card and my license and then cashed one of my checks for $500 at my bank without permission and I have pictures to prove everything which I will be posting soon as I get home from the police station this is untrustworthy taxi business I wish I can get them a -10 Stars
