I needed to have a leaky faucet repaired in one of my bathrooms. Dylan, the plumber, did a very good job in replacing the defective parts. He also gave me good advice regarding plumbing in another part of the house. I also appreciated his effort to wear protective foot covers when entering my house. I will say that Dylan might have taken greater pains with his face mask to cover both his nose and mouth while delivering the service. The cost of the visit and repairs seemed quite high to me as well.

It was basically $600.00 bucks to unclog my toilet. He assured us that the toilet had to be removed. After removing it, it was just toilet paper in there. He could have used long snake for $100.00 to clear it out. Instead he insisted that I need to remove toilet. I will never call this company again. They will cheat you. Basically there was toilet paper in the toilet pipe, and he charged me $600.00.

Had a brand new trane installed. Everything did not go perfect. The machine was having issues on the day of installation. They were not able to fix it on that day. I texted the owner about my unhappiness and he was very prompt to respond. He came to my house himself and brought me a portable unit. This morning the only issue I had was that they were not prompt. The owner told me they would be at my house by 8AM. The techs did not show up until 10AM. However once they got there they found what was wrong very quickly and got my system up and running. The owner was also good in giving me a discount for my inconvenience. Did not give me a hard time at all. At the end of the day the system is working now and while there were issues they were good at getting them resolved.

From the first phone call to the arrival of the technician, our experience with Pro Tech was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We weren’t sold services we didn’t need, and our tech was able to provide us multiple options to address the problem with our AC.

The main reason Im writing this review is to give high praise to Kerry, the technician who installed our new evaporation coil. Although he arrived late, a problem I attribute to the companys scheduling and not to the technician, once he was there we could not ask for better service. He was highly professional and very friendly, went immediately to work, and completed the repair in 2 1/2 hours, despite the fact that the estimate was for a 3-4 hour job. Kerry was simply a rock star, and brought a positive end to an uneven experience with Pro-Tech.Pro-Tech was recommended by an acquaintance who is a professional in the building industry and when my AC started to fail, I called them immediately. First impressions were excellent, and they had a tech out the next day to diagnose the problem. They quoted me a service call fee, and told me that any repairs would be extra. However, once they identified low coolant I was told there would be an additional $80 fee to diagnose where the link was to complete the evaluation. Given this was still diagnosing the problem I was frustrated that this additional charge was unexpected presented in order to complete the initial assessment. Sadly, I had no choice. They identified the defective evaporator coil and said it had to be replaced. While they could get the part and schedule the repair for the next day, the cost was at the very top of what online services said should be paid for this repair. However, not having time to scout around I approved the work. They said they would be out the next day between 1-4 pm. at 3:50 I received a call that the tech would be there in 30 minutes. After one hour I called again and was told the tech would be there in 30 minutes. When I challenged this new time estimate, the agent put me on hold and eventually identified the tech was just arriving, one hour later than the end of the arrival window.So, overall, a mixed review, but I want to hold up Kerry as an excellent service technician who deserves high praise.

Nicholas Garcia performed our annual Comfort Club service today. Nick has been to our home before and we are always glad to see him. He is quick and efficient. Although I did not compare prices among competitors, this installation was worth every single penny spent. From the rep that came for the initial quote, to the install team, their professionalism is unmatched. The install team exceeded any expectations--thorough to the smallest detail. I had my entire HVAC system replaced and updated, and I will continue to use Pro-Tech for maintenance, and any other home improvement projects!

Ive had three A/C men from Pro-Tech come to my home in the past year or two: Ogi, Hector, and Kerry. All three were very professional and took their time explaining what the problem was, and what my options were moving forward. Even when the news was not what I wanted to hear (ex: costly repairs - my unit is 20 years old), I felt they delivered the information in a kind manner, and I felt I could trust what they were telling me. Ogi even got on the phone with a representative from my home warranty company on my behalf - which I felt really went above and beyond my expectations. No one wants to deal with A/C repairs, but I have found this company to be top-notch.

Pro Tech quoted me a fair price for repair instead of replacement, and when the job took more supplies and time than they estimated, they honored the quoted price without hesitation. Marvin is dedicated in his job. He wants to do what he can to get your AC up and running. We are a business that is in a warehouse and have 3 areas with AC units. Ogi, my technician was extremely adept. He was incredibly quick and efficient in opening the AC unit which was obscure to begin with and then was very thorough with his assessment and repair. We had a spigot break at 7:00 pm Friday. A person answered my call and scheduled Mark for the very next day! Mark was professional and on-time. I am signed up for the Comfort Club program on my home air conditioning unit. I had my first preventative maintenance visit this week with the technician, Reggie Registre. He is excellent and provided efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service. Reggie explains in detail what work he is doing in a clear and upfront manner. I think Comfort Club program is a good value, and I renewed my membership for another year. I have been using Pro-Tech for several years now, and I highly recommend Reggie and the reliable work from Pro-Tech.

Rey went above and beyond. He worked for hours trying unsuccessfully to get our A/C working at least temporarily. It needed parts he did not have BUT he came the next night and fixed it. He was always kind and considerate of our comfort.

Tech was polite, respectful and wore mask throughout. Finished up in the rain. Didnt have all needed filters with him, but I blame that on company communication systems not him, since this happens every time they come regardless of who is assigned.

My AC wasnt cooling very well I called ProTech on Monday and they were able to come to my house on Tuesday. The tech was very helpful and explained the system to me and told me what was wrong. Turned out to be a clogged drain pipe. He cleaned everything out and it is working great now. Definitely recommend them.

My central A/Cs condensing unit stopped working on Friday evening. I called the 24 hour service line, and a tech was scheduled for the next day (on Saturday!); service pricing was quoted when I made the appointment, and it was very reasonable. The tech, Jean arrived within the specified service window (I received a call from the office when he was en route) and he was very courteous, and professional. He worked quickly to diagnose the problem on my 20+ year old Trane condensing unit, and also had the required part on his truck to do the repair. I was without A/C for less than 24 hours on a weekend. Very happy I called Pro-Tech. I know it is only a matter of time before the old unit gives up for good, so I will be comfortable asking for a quote for replacement from Pro-Tech after this excellent service experience.
