The store manager Jerrod is fantastic. He really has the best interest in his customers. He took care of me and family and made sure that we walked out fully satisfied. Most patience I’ve ever witnessed. Thank you Jerrod for the great service, I will definitely recommend this guy for any and all phone and home services!!!!

The staff in this AT&T store is horrible!!! They dont take the time to explain the plans thoroughly and when you have a question its very obvious that they want you out of there ASAP. I needed someone to explain the phone plans along with the Apple watches but I am extremely disappointed that I didnt receive the help I needed. When I arrived there I requested help but I was told that I could look up the phone plans myself on the iPads that are on display but hey, Im gonna need more help because I have questions. If I could give zero stars I would because one star is being generous on this review. I was also told that there was a 35 minute wait time when I had arrived to the store. There were others ahead of me so I asked if the store happened to close and there were still customers inside would I still receive the help??The salesperson mentioned that they would try to get to me rather than will get to me....I was planning on purchasing 4 lines and some watches but now I will be going elsewhere. When I asked about the watches and asked about the differences, the salesperson just pointed to where they were but the salesperson didnt take the time to explain or walk over to the area with me. When I turned around the salesperson was already asking another person if they needed help. This should not be occurring because everyone that walks in should be receiving all the help they should receive until the customer is satisfied. I was basically pressured so I left the store. If the staff does not want to explain or take the time with the customers they obviously should not be working there. There are many others willing to take their place. I would like the corporate office to resolve this issue ASAP.

Absolutely do not recommend this place. ricardo went through all my personal pictures and kept checking his phone while going through mine. makes me wonder if he airdropped any of my stuff to himself. to protect your safety, don’t go here.

Kelsey and Marliza represent ATT very well. Both are very knowledgeable and both helped me immensely. Looks like professional customer service does still exist,,, even though it is very rare now.

We have been to the store twice in the past couple of months. The first visit was to buy an Apple Watch 6 series. The second visit was to get iPhone 12s for the all 3 of us in the family. Both visits Kelsey assisted us. She was great! Not only is she personable, she is extremely knowledgeable. She was a pleasure to meet and I am glad we were able to have her support us. A few days after our iPhone 12s purchase, we returned to look at cases. Jerrod assisted us getting an Apple case for each phone and he was very nice and provided great customer support. Jerrod the Manager at the Lake Jackson store helped me. I came in the store with multiple discrepancies on my account. And Jerrod found the solution to all them. He is super professional and represents the ATT values. Being a previous employer of ATt myself I was observing his service level. And he exceeded all my expectations. Super satisfying working with him.

We went to the ATT store last evening to do the promotional upgrade and Pete was the one who waited on us. We could not have had a nicer guy as he was so efficient, patient and helped us so much with getting the right accessories and answering any and all questions that we had. I hope to see Pete again with any other questions we may have with our phones.

I came in to the AT&T store to get a new phone. I was helped by Kelsey. Let me start by saying that this was one of the most professional experiences I have ever had. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. If you are in need of any service that AT&T has to offer I highly recommend you ask for Kelsey.

Kesha is awesome. She spent SO MUCH TIME and had so much patience with two of us oldies, at once. I felt so at ease with her and she was so efficient. I went back the next day and made sure I got her to help me!

The most uncaring, incompetent employees I’ve ever had to deal with. I been there many times to be fair but the lack of unprofessionalism is still there. I am new in the area and it’s seems that no one is concern about this store’s behavior so people are just to it. They don’t know any better. By the way, the Verizon store is the same. HORRIBLE!!!!

I would recommend calling on Robyn for any of your phone needs, and if you have to wait just know that it is worth it. She has found offers available to us that allowed for us to get a free phone for our son and we have even got all our accessories free from our trade ins! She always finds a way for us to save and provides excellent and professional customer service during the entire process!

Have been there twice for help. I have had an appointment both times. The staff cant be bothered to help you and just try to get you out the door.

Walked in, was helped in seconds. Of course store was slow but been there many times and they always do a great job. Got my new phone added, and they found a plan that was much better for about 10 more per month. Great job.

Slow, slow slow, and they wasted my time.... Point of sales program is the problem. Never ever should it take over an hour to purchase an item you have already said you wanted. I had to just walk out.

Kelsey, the representative was very nice and attentive. As for the store in general, they didnt have the Tab S7 in stock. It is the newest product, and a hot item in the market. It should be in stock. I will update tomorrow if I get the tablet.

Robyn Jones helped me at AT&T. At the time I was paying another company what I thought was too much for a monthly bill. I came in frustrated not wanting any sales pitches or anything. I just wanted to know plans and prices. She was completely patient with me, answered all my questions and helped me figure out what would be best for me and my family. She set everything up and made sure I understood everything. There were no hidden charges either. She is an asset to the company. If I need something done I wait till she is working to come in.

I’ve had AT&T for years and every time I go into this store the employees and manager are so very rude. They speak down to you like you do not matter. The gentleman helping me was great but the other two employees were awful. I work in customer service and have for a while so I understand you can’t please everyone but I would never treat people they way they do. How do they still have jobs? And judging by the reviews I’m not the only one. Thank you again to the kind gentleman that helped me versus the two ungrateful rude employees.

Peter the attention was terrible, they didnt give me a solution, I would never recommend this store, I handed over a phone and they still havent given me an answer on my credit, and when they sold me the new equipment they gave me different information, just to sell, I hope you improve your attention to the public

Customer service is terrible. While on phone with at&t saying they could do what I needed done here at the store they refused. I call best buy and had what I needed done in 10 min.

Robyn at AT&T is absolutely awesome and I was very satisfied with her customer service and her desire to provide the best customer expierence. I was an Xfinity customer before swapping to AT&T. I looked online to see the deals before going into the store and not only did Robyn match them, she also took the time to show me all the possible combinations as far as phone, internet and TV to get me the best deal and get me exactly what I wanted. She helped me pick a better plan so I wouldnt over pay for something I wouldnt utilize all while adhering to our new social distancing protocols during this corona pandemic. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is considering or has AT&T services.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I pay my bill each month on the paystation. I went to that location on October 3 and made a cash payment as always. On October 21 all of my services was turned off for failure to pay. I went back to the store and a nice lady helped me and said it wouldn’t be a problem to see what happened to my payment but she had to get the manager involved. She apologized to me but explained the manager couldn’t find my payment. She went even as far as calling customer service letting them know I pay my bill each month and remembered me coming in that morning to pay my bill. She asked could they turn my services on until the store figured out about my payment. They told her it was a store issue and the payment had to be verified. She went to speak with the manager again and stated the manager didn’t find a payment and he needed a receipt to help me. I feel like the manager didn’t look into my payment missing. I pay my bills on time each month and never missed a payment or been turned. My bill is over $200 a month. There has to be a way to find out where my money went. I’ll be contacting the BBB on this store.

Robyn Jones, I want to say that she one of the kindest and most helpful employees, my husband and I are not very good in Technology of any kind we are senior citizens and she went through it so we can understand about out cell phones and our tables, she pretty smart and I have to say she very patients with us, because something are hard for us, thank you AT&T for having such a wonderful person and your staff, plus the area is very clean .It very hard to fine good employees you have one with Robyn Jones . Excellent service at AT&T! We especially appreciated Frank helping get an issue resolved that took additional time and effort. He knew all our options, and was very patient and got the issue resolved so we could move forward.

I am absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service at this store. I went in, as I have multiple iPhones for work, I needed one activated and the guy literally was I cant do this heres a phone number this is what youre going going to need I proceeded to take the phone number that hes written down for me to my car with all of my phones and in two minutes I(the person who loathes Iphones) have my phone activated but that still does not help me with transferring the information from the old phone to the new one. So I proceeded back inside after being told that they should have cables that will connect from my old phone to my new phone and be able to transfer contacts, messages, photos what have you for my old phone to my new phone. I literally walk in, second gentleman greets me says we dont have those anymore we arent them back a year ago, go to Best Buy- while longingly watching the 1st guy and another male worker sitting on a couch watching a football game. So to make it short and sweet - I activated my own phone somehow and got sent to another store to transfer my info so that I wouldnt interrupt them watching a football game.

I had problems with my phone I called 611 they told me to call Apple because they couldn’t help so I called Apple they couldn’t help me either!! So I went to the AT&T store and Robyn helped me and guess what BOOM!! Robyn had my phone working in less than 5 minutes!! I am having trouble with phone service at my new house in Oyster Creek. I went to them to find out if it is a tower messed up or is there just no service here. I explained that my boyfriend has Verizon and has full signal. I told him also that I checked plans with Verizon and that I could save quite a bit if I switched! He actually told me well, maybe that is what you should do. Soooo! That is exactly what I am doing!

Helen the sales rep has no people skills she mad it to the point I walked away and had to wait a hour before going back to ask for some one else. She also had sold me a phone for my son but reserved the number but did not release it to that phone. Spent 4 and a half hours trying to get the problem fixed because she failed to do her job right. When I went back the next day for my husband phone we told her of the problem and only said it happens. When telling her we wanted a upgrade she made the comment that I shouldnt do it from the 8 plus to the 11 pro max because its really not a better phone. Over all I would rather switch providers than deal with her again
