He was rude to my dad i had to say something just because The he ( the Dr had to fit him for a special boot and my dad was very and could not stay still very well). My dad went to get a special boot that he needed. He passed away two weeks later. The owner was very rude and unsympathetic to me and my family. He came to my house to get a paper sign to make sure he get his payment. No im sorry. He was yell at my mom the rudest Dr. ever.

Advanced Brace was a huge service to me when my Doctor ordered a healing sandal for a Diabetic Ulcer. They were kind, professional and caring. The staff was pleasant and explained everything in clear non-medical jargon so I would understand. I was treated like a guest and not a customer. Should I ever need another device, Advance brace will be my only choice.
