This store is great, the manager is great, the sales people are great! Skimming some existing comments I’m honestly shocked. I go into the store often to have things cleaned and take a look at what’s new. They’re always on top of things and very helpful. Seems some of the return issues here are folks so excited about getting great deals that they overlook that not all returns are a one size fits all. Anytime the manager has to went all out to discount she’s had me sign the receipt that has the special terms; never been deceived. I have in fact made an exchange on a kids necklace marked exchange only with no problem. Haven’t yet decided to get my girls ears pierced but this will be my go to when I do. Please before thinking poorly of any store based on reviews, go see for yourself, there’s always gonna be trolls who are impossible to please. My daughter loves her big girl jewelry, the balloons, and treats and always wants to say hi to the nice ladies when we pass by.

Shelena has tried to help me find something I liked, given that the return policy needs some revision and is not forgiving. While it is very upsetting to be told that you are stuck with a piece of jewelry that you dont like (especially at the price) she has done her best to work with me and I appreciated that.

Went to store and I could not believe how disrespectful that store manager is to her employees. I have been a manager for over 25 years and I was in astonished to her using inappropriate language when speaking to her team members. I have went there on several occasions to just see because I can not believe that a reputable company would allow such unprofessional behavior. However she still is very unprofessional so sad to see. I will not shop there ever again. That crew seemed to be unhappy and way to stressed with her. Not a great way to boost your teams moral . The team members seemed very nice and welcoming no matter what she was saying to them. I believe change is needed there in management. Good luck.

I went to Daniels jewelry store in Lake Jackson Mall today and was really impressed by the service I received. I was instantly greeted by Nicole and Regina. They were awesome to me and treated me like they have known me for years. Nicole worked with me for over 3 hours just to make sure that I got the ring I wanted with financing to cover everything I needed/wanted. I would recommend Daniels to anyone, they will get you approved and they will make sure that you get what you want. Kuddos to the both of you (Nicole and Regina) for helping me out!! Just had a bit of a pretty woman moment. I am a watch collector and have been looking for a pre-owned datejust. Surprised to see one locally, I inquired if the displayed one was the only one in stock. It was. I was told that to SEE IT I would have to give them my ID and FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS IN CASH. I assumed that they were joking. They assured me that they were not. I was wearing a watch more expensive than the one I wanted to look at and have tried on exponentially more expensive timepieces and never had anyone hesitate- Let alone ask for $500 in cash. If this is your real policy and you are in fact in the business of selling jewelry, I would consider rethinking it. I would hope that a jewelry store would have enough sense to assume the best of customers and carry insurance for cases of misfortune.

Theres a woman named shalena and she pierced my 2 year old daughters ears today and she was absolutely amazing with her. My little girl is stubborn and doesnt like anyone in her face but my daughter was so comfortable with her. Everyone here is super nice and really helpful. I didnt even know they did kids ear piercings but im glad i popped in.

This is a very good place to get your jewelry very reasonable and very generous employees that work there and they help you out with your prices and check your credit and everything else and I really prefer people to go here and check it out and also very good to the children and gave them snacks and balloons
