Professionals all. I called around 1:30P. Asked for an appointment to change oil and rotate tires. Ashley had one at 3:00P same day. Arrived, Chad was busy, another stepped up, took my fob and said he would take care of advising Chad. He did. We looked around at show room vehicles - were asked if help was needed, but not hassled. Sat down and enjoyed coffee and turned around at our name - done. Chad explained the Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection Checklist and what they had completed. I just want to say Ryan with the service department at Honda at Lake Jackson is the definition of customer service. I traded in my Honda Accord for a Ford F-150, in less than 2 months my transmission is shot. Ryan has gone above and beyond to help me take care of this situation even though I had to take my truck to a Ford dealership that didn’t even sell me my truck. He’s making sure they treat me right and take care of me as if he was working with them. I would just like to thank Ryan for all he’s doing for me in my situation. I have bought many cars from dealerships over the years. There always seemed to be pressure on me to buy. I never felt anything like this here. The only pressure I saw was the pressure the dealership personnel put on themselves to get me a great rate. They were cheerful and worked very hard to get me the best payment possible. They detailed all the services they provided. they are a bunch of fun guys that appear to enjoy their job. This was a very low pressure experience that i was relaxed and rather enjoyed. Start to finish these guys were awesome.

Im impressed with customer service, reception upon arrival, quality of service and the effectiveness of performing what was agreed. This dealership is not close to my house (>40min drive) but it was worth the decision to contact them and use the available maintenance shop services. I went to other Honda dealerships around my area but Lake Jackson deserves all the 5 stars for what they do. I called due to an issue and the customer service lady listened my concerns my needs and explained in details what I need to do. She went above and beyond my expectation explaining the options that I can use and set my expectations for the time to have my car fixed. I went there and everything occurred as planned and the services representative nominated to help me was so nice by explaining the details and the cost. My car was fixed within the time that they told me! Great job and I plan to go back because it’s worth.

Originally went into the dealership on a Tuesday evening to look at a vehicle. First impressions were great was immediately greeted by a sales person, who told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle and offered me a test drive. After the test drive was complete I told him that I wanted wanted the vehicle that we could do the paperwork Wednesday. Wednesday comes around nobody reached out to me to do the paperwork also the person was off which I was not informed of. Thursday I attempted to do the paperwork never got a response back. Friday I was finally able to do the paperwork and I was told it had been submitted to the bank and was approved. They made me an appointment to come in Saturday morning at noon, I came in Saturday at noon just to find out that nothing had been submitted to the bank and they were still needing some information from me before they could actually complete a full credit profile. At this point I was already pretty irritated but I went ahead and did the rest of the paperwork. I left the dealership and was told by a manager that I would get a phone call that day to tell me the status of the application. I never received a phone call I couldn’t get anybody answer phones or text messages. Monday morning comes around I found out that they had just submitted it to the bank, the bank came back and said due to the amount of vehicles we have that one of them would need to be traded it. This wasn’t a problem because I was already looking at getting rid of one of the trucks but then I couldn’t even get the truck appraised because they did not know how to put a number on it. They told me I would receive a phone call Tuesday which is today about the appraisal the loan and the options in which I never did. The dealership has very poor communication between its customers to keep them informed, also was not impressed with the floor staff on the sales floor speaking negatively on current/future clients and they were screening phone calls just because a person was calling more than once or twice. I bought a vehicle from them along time ago and had a great experience seems like everything has changed with this dealership just like it has for many other businesses after Covid. Customer service is a thing of the past seems like, very rude and unprofessional staff.

I took in my gas edger (not honda) because could not losses the blade retention bolt. The service department took it in the back and loosened the bolt for no charge. It is excellent that they shared their tools and skills for the one minute for free.I guarantee when I need my other equipment serviced I will give my business to them.

We purchased a vehicle here a few months ago and just had to fix a flat for the first time. We realized they didnt supply us with a wheel lock to get our tires off. My wife called the sales manager Mike Shaw to see if they could supply us with one. He said you shouldnt have bought a Nissan with 90,000 miles from a Honda dealership.she told him it was unsafe for our kids and asked if he could get us one and he said we can do it ourselves. Horrible customer service and he absolutely does not care about their customers. To think this is their sales manager appals me. I will never shop here again and make sure everyone knows of this horrible experience.

Maybe a separation from the car dealership area to another location where parking is not so grossly discriminatory and is properly designated. Where you wont be jumped on from entering a wrong direction by over zealous dictatorship of a less then educated individual in business management education(a should be, wanna be manager). You dont correct your theory or applied business practices by disgracing a customer and in front of others as well. Best car buying experience ever!

I took my vehicle elsewhere to get an oil change and instead of screwing the bottom panel back in, they used zip ties! When I called the dealership JILL said to bring it in and they would fix it. Took it in, RYAN had it looked at and said it would be checked to make sure all the bolts and clips were not damaged. It turned out several were missing, it could have been a $300 job if I had not taken it in when I did! Walked out paying less than $30 and was told that for my 2017 Honda the oil change ranges right at $45 to $50! Now that’s a good deal for something done right!!!

I had the oil changed and the tires rotated. Chris handled everything, he was courteous and professional. The cashier was too. I give Honda of Lake Jackson 5 stars
