False Advertising!! No one is at this location. The Door is locked during business hours. The signage say they are accredited and accept insurance beneficiaries, but that is not true. They are NOT contracted with Medicare nor are they accredited.

My mother fell and we required a hospital bed on short notice. The level of customer service, installation, compassion was steller. Andrea came out same day and set us up. After several months we had a noise and they came out and fixed it immediately. We are recommending this company when you are in need of medical products for your loved ones. Rose of Sharon is wonderful! Andrea and Carolyn are helpful and have many items to choose from. They are helpful whether you need a rental for a week (or two) or if you need to purchase an item!

My husband and I were looking for a scooter. With Andreas help, we tried out a few and settled on a motorized wheelchair. She delivered it along with a ramp that would fit our truck. We were very impressed with Andreas knowledge of their products and willingness to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Thank you for everything.

They will replace parts you do not need...and without authorization from you wether it fixed your problem or not! Everyone I know including myself that take their scooter has had nothing but long time problems that keep bring you back to them.....But now there are other Electric scooter repair shops in Lake Havasu! BEWARE OF EVER TAKING YOUR SCOOTER TO ROSE OF SHARONS!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I called to inquire about information/pricing... the elder lady who claimed to be owner was extremely short and rude, she hung up on me! I find it ironic how you offer home care but you are rude when we call to inquire about prices. I believe she didnt like that I was just asking price and I was calling different people for quotes..
