Nice units conveniently located. No elevators and dangerous steps and sloping pads to the top step.Units are nice enough inside, but no washer & Dryers like most WorldMark units. Appliances should be updated.

Our stay was very pleasant. The one bedroom units were very well kept. Having a fully stocked full size kitchen was great. We cooked every meal in our unit which is basically an apartment. Great for a two people. The entire complex was surprisingly quiet considering Hwy 95 was just a street over. Evening with the pool right out front and music playing it didnt disturb us. We will stay at the Dunes again.

Ive been to a few Worldmark resorts and each has different pros/cons. Pros here: units are nicely updated (I am literally watching them take nice furniture out and replace it with better), garage parking is a huge plus, quieter than others, close to Lake Havasu, close to aquatic center, and nice landscaping. Cons: no chillers for the pools, no parking your trailer on site (they do provide a designated, secured area off site 3+ mi away), the sink water is 90+ degrees on cold, and the stairs going up to the units are a bit short.

An excellent facility, and warm hospitality from the staff. Highly recommend. Our room was spanking clean, and everything is so nice. Thanks to Laurae!

The Staff was friendly and courteous Nicolas was Amazing! He took care of my family, when they checked in, because I couldnt show up for another 3 days. He welcomed my wife, kids and mother in law, and treated them with the utmost respect! The rest of the Staff was on point and available to help with all our needs! The resort is having a remodel done, but that didnt get in the way of our stay! I cant wait to go back and see the upgrades!

Stayed here to celebrate my daughters 8th birthday and fathers day weekend. Very nice floor plan 1 bedroom. Good size kitchen, good size room, love the full size appliances. Will definitely be coming back.

Amazing resort! This place is a MUST for anyone looking to rent a short stay, thats a lot more than any hotel has to offer in my opinion! And the prices are well worth all they have to offer anyone/ everyone looking for this type of place! Room was fully stocked up. Great view of the lake. Staff is friendly and helpful.. I do recommend if looking for a full kitchen and a apt feel better than a hotel room... Pool and jacuzzi area is very close to room and clean with pool toys for kids...

Positive: The staff was very attentive and helpful. The covered parking was a very nice surprise.

The vicinity was outdated and room was very small. Couldnt swim in the pool because it was heated and it was 120 the whole week. The parking was awful. Had to try and fit my car into tiny garage space. We had to ask for towels and linen 3 times before it was given to us. The only good thing that came out of it was Morgan at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. She even gave us a honey moon basket when we arrived!

This family’s favorite place to stay in Havasu! It is clean, has a private parking space, pools, laundry area, and feels like it’s our own little condo! Much nicer, quieter, and private than a hotel!

Horrible the new manager very rude would respond to anything when finally I went to office and she happens to be there was very rude and told us just to get out and walked away. We have been coming for years never a problem until this new management. We will not be returning along with all of our friend who also come you have lost slot of guest due to very poor and very rude management

Great views of the lake! Clean and comfortable rooms. Covered parking for regular vehicles and covered parking for our oversize truck. They also provided secured parking for our boat in a different area. London Bridge was nearby. Shopping, eating, and entertainment was all around. We were located in an area of upscale homes nearby. We could stay in to cook our own meals when desired.We would recommend this place and return with no questions asked!

We stayed at Havasu Dunes in April 2021 & enjoyed it. Rooms are small but very clean & front office staff was so friendly. Its located near the bridge & downtown so we took rideshare a couple times! I would stay again!

.This place is great. Stayed three days with some family members. Free washer and dryers with detergent when you ask the front desk. The rooms are spacious, so you never feel claustrophobic. Everything was clean and service was superb. However, there was this guest staying, who I believe had dome type of ownership to a room, that took up all four of the dryers knowing we were right outside waiting to wash. Her sense of entitlement to all of them like that caused the one star off from all five. Aside from that, the view of the lake is very beautiful and the sound of the cars driving by occasionally makes the night even better. There isnt too much light pollution here, so the stars are somewhat clear to see just looking up. Overall, its a nice place to stay if youre looking for a little something that isnt crowded with plenty of things to do about 5 mins away. :)

Not convenient for seniors, because this motel have to many stairs going up and down.It is not a resort. No ice machine on all entire place, not big refrigerator, hello.... Too far away from the Lake.😥

The staff is great! Very friendly and helpful. The pool area, which was by our room, was kept very clean!We were in a room for 4 wks that was not yet renovated. The couch was awful. Anytime there were people staying in the next room we could hear them whenever they walked. The floors squeaked that bad. The carpet needed to be cleaned also.Bottom line, the rooms really need the renovations.

Positive: It was close to ammentities. The size of the room was ok. Negative: You have to pay for internet. You should get free internet for the price you pay for the room.. Cheaper hotels even have free internet.... Also the TV in the bedroom did not work. Major disappointment... Would have been nice to have used the extra TV.

I stayed here in late March of 2021 to run the Havasu Half Marathon. Im a WorldMark owner and I was able to get a reservation through the waitlist. Even with COVID-19 safety protocols in place, the check-in process was quick and painless. More importantly, I wasnt pestered to attend another owner update. I was assigned a unit facing Lake Havasu Ave, so I got a nice view of the lake. Out of all of the resorts and hotels in the London Bridge area, this was probably the furthest away. It made for a quiet stay which was just the way I like it! It was still close enough that I was able to jog to the start of the race over at the London Bridge Beach. However, the sidewalk was a bit dark and poorly lit at 5 in the morning. As for the unit itself, I found everything in my unit to be in order and clean. The smiley-face sponge was a nice touch. The bed was nice and comfortable. I had everything I needed for a nice relaxing weekend.

Fabulous location quiet, no partying by young crowds. Front office group were very accommodating. All rooms are currently being updated which will make it even better.

Not posh by any means but, clean, quiet, and the bed was excellent. Nice pool and hot tub too. Some units are being remodeled.

No Oven, No washer/dryer. No Murphy bed. These were my 1st impressions. After inquiring at the front desk I learned this is not a Worldmark property And then I told myself I have been spoiled too long.This property was super clean. Pool & hot tub were nice. Noise level, parking and privacy was nice as well. No complaints.

The customer service was exemplary. Truly above and beyond. The front desk was very responsive when we called to request additional items. We had to 2 bedroom suite overlooking the Lake and thoroughly enjoyed it. The only negative was the Queen bed really needs a new mattress. Full kitchen. Really felt like a home away from home.

Very disappointing for a Worldmark property. The noise from the highway forces you to close windows and doors to be able to hear. My unit had no privacy and was right across from other units. No green space as in the photo. No BBQ or washer in units. Somewhat smaller inside. Cramped parking. Would never come back.

Beautiful quiet place to relax. You can bbq, swim at the pool, or just relax and take in the sun. Theres a small view of the lake also. People who work and stay here are very nice. Its been a great weekend!

We have stayed at this resort many times over the years. It is clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is at the edge of town which makes it accessible and convenient. There is no onsite boat or trailer parking but space is provided at another location.

I loved it so much Im returning in September

Dont select Beach view unless you can stand the constant road noise all night long! Cant really sit outside end enjoy the quiet morning or evening because of the sound either.. Beds are uncomfortable mostly the pillows so bring your own pillow!

Beautiful and convenient to everything. Clean and well managed. This is a great property. Friendly staff. I have visited twice and will stay again.

Its different than most world mark locations. Its more like 1 story condos. No laundry in rooms. But, the rooms are really nice, full kitchen. Larger than average tvs in both front and bedroom. I really like not having anyone above or below me. 3 pool areas. Jacuzzis are closed due to covid. Individual parking right below your unit, although tight, its super cool to have parking so close and just yours. I wouldnt want to try to park a quad cab truck in it though.

This place is cool. Amazing customer service, very family friendly, and great views. Its just a little older and while some stuff has been updated, others have not. The carpet did leave my socks dirty, but the kitchen was clean and newer. The free WiFi didnt work well and so we just opted for our hotspots. Overall, Id stay here again.

Its part of our timeshare and it was just fine to stay in for the weekend while visiting Havasu. The road noise can be a little much but at night it wasnt noticeable. The staff was nice and put ua as far away from the pool as possible, as requested, but there isnt really any disabled parking so that was a little rough. Well definitely be back!!

I had family from WA visit and they enjoyed it. They will return.

Bring your own pillow theirs are hard and ask for a unit away from the road so its less loud.

Stay there for three nights while in Lake Havasu City. Rooms are very comfortable kitchen quite adequate the location was sufficient.

We been here for a week every year for the last four years. Its a very nice place and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. The weather is great from October thru December. The lake is less than 5 minutes away. Even with Covid19 there is still lots do. I recommend it !!!

Loved it. It has to be the best place to stay in Havasu. It is super clean and our suite was updated. Most of the hotels in Havasu are nasty! We would stay at the dunes again and again.

Parking is not,the best, but everything is too notch and would cost your thousands to rent in the bigger cities in the world. Great view of the lake

We made a last minute reservation here on a Saturday night. The price was great compared to everywhere else I had called. Nice place to come back to after a long day on the lake. The gentlemen at the front desk was courteous, room was clean, and A/C was cold! The room we were in had a little patio that looked out to the lake and a kitchen (mircowave, fridge, toaster, stove, etc) which were nice perks. If you have a boat or seadoos, you are not able to park them at the resort.. they will send you a couple miles down the road to park at their gated outdoor storage facility (right next to Windsor beach boat launch). We were not able to make it to the pool, but it looked nice. I would stay here again.

Small and outdated facility. Location was overlooking a busy road as well as the highway. Needless to say, it was quite noisy. This certainly did not come up to WorldMark standards.

We absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The staff are so warm and friendly. The grounds are very well taken care of. Very clean inside our unit and outside. Wed come back to stay at the resort without hesitation.

Rooms have been updated with quality materials. Well stocked kitchen with all cookware needed. Pool and hot tub is clean and conveniently located. Covered parking for every unit. Great views of Lake Havasu. Free washers and dryers are a bonus.

We stayed in a one bedroom which was very clean and comfortable. I wake a few hours earlier than the princess so it was nice to close the bedroom door and watch tv without waking her. Got a great deal on this place during off season. Didnt use all facilities. The condo we booked was great and had all amenities we required. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Outrageous prices!! $930/night plus tax! An all-inclusive vacation I took to Mexico (Riu Palace Rivera Maya) for 5 days and 4 nights was less than this and it included top shelf liquor, all meals, airfare, and transportation to and from Cancun airport.

Amazing stay! The room was amazing with a great view of the lake. Once we got into the room we were so please! They even left us popcorn, lemonade etc FOR FREE! The front desk girl, Vicky, was so nice and accommodating! Thank you for a pain-free experience and taking your time to assure everything was satisfying for us!

Awesome resort to stay at in lake havasu! Rooms are updated and large layouts. Everywhere was sparkling clean. The 2 younger guys at the front desk are amazing they gave out awesome recommendations for food and sight seeing. 3 different pools and hottubs and each room has its own covered garage.
