Honestly have to say that this was the easiest most pleasant tax experience I have ever had. Donna is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend her! She got me back a higher return than I could ever possibly imagine.

Omg Barbra is the NICEST KINDEST WOMEN IVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING ! couldn’t be happier she was extremely helpful took me in and helped me with my taxes I had no clue what I was doing and she was super patient with me got in and out of there within 30minutes ! She’s very quick and good at what she does ! HIGHLY SUGGEST GOING HERE TO GET YOUR TAXES DONE

First I want to say Donna is the best. Always helps with my taxes and does phenomenal. Barbara however is anything but phenomenal. After asking for them to email previous tax returns, she told me it was my fault I misplaced them (which I’ll give her that) but that they don’t have time to do such tasks and that I shouldn’t expect for them “to jump through hoops” in a tone of voice that I have NEVER experienced in the customer service industry. She was nasty. When asking for a manager, she proceeded to tell me there is no way the manager could ever answer the phone because she is too busy and when I asked for the managers name she proceeded to hang up on me. And then when I called back, I was blocked until they finally answered and transferred me to Megan, who said she stood there and listened while Barbara spoke to me and was defending her even saying she didn’t hang up on me. In the end, Megan helped me and had way better customer service skills. Again, this has been an incredible experience. Never in my life have I received that level of customer service. Please hire new staff. Im sure you’re losing customers because of Barbara. She offers anything but solutions.
