I would strongly recommend this company to anybody looking for plumbing services. After I made the appointment, they sent me a text message confirming. A few hours before the technician showed up, they sent me a picture of the technician and his name. The technician was on time, professional, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. This is my first time using them and I will definitely use them again.

Plumber was on-time within the service window time provided. Was knowledgeable and was honest in cost of repair and what additional costs would be if needed to go with another option. Ended working out as hoped. Repair was quick and workmanship was excellent. Will definitely call again for any issues I can’t tackle on my own.

This company exceeded my expectations. They were able to book my appointment immediately and the work was done professionally. Their processes are very organized and communication with the customer is constant. They are my new plumbing company of choice.

I had new faucets and pop ups installed in three bathroom sinks. The service included installing angle stops and connecting to the existing lines. All in all I am satisfied with the installation. However I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the technician had to come back to fix leaks that developed after he left.When the technicians left, everything seemed fine. However, after I filled the sinks two or three times leaks developed around the pop ups in all three sinks. When I called to report the leak problem, late Friday evening, the company was very responsive, stood behind their work and sent the technician back quickly. He actually came out Sunday morning.In general I was impressed with the companys professionalism and responsiveness in setting up the estimate and service appointments. They provided an extensive contract spelling everything out in detail. There was excellent communication with reminder emails and texts with notification of arrival times. I really like my new faucets. They look good and are working fine now.

Came out the same day installed a kitchen faucet, Re install garbage disposal and osmosis spout and bath faucet .. I thought it was pricey but I was in a bind .. fast service and professional ..

Very Honest and Professional people. They really do make you feep like family. Just moved to pur new home and the drain plugged up after 2 days. We purchased a home with unforeseen plumbing issues, and so we needed a professional. John Thompson came in, unclogged the pipe, and after sending a camera down, realized the pipe was very deteriorated (cast iron). He used a process called de-scaling on the pipe, and afterwards, it was a HUGE improvement. We shouldnt have any more backups for a long time. Thanks for all your hard work, John !! He is super knowledgeable and a true professional.

In a town that seems to have chronic complaints of service vendors being slow and no show, Thompson Family Plumbing took our call the afternoon before Thanksgiving and scheduled our service the morning after. Thompson Family Plumbing recently expanded their business to Lake Havasu. The employees were pleasant and professional. John and Zac arrived as scheduled and replaced our water heater promptly and without complaint.

The technician called the morning of and let me know he would be here within an hour. Was right on time. Was very throrough. We were only getting an estimate for now. Waiting for approval from owner to get the work done.

On a Saturday afternoon, I decided to fix my inoperable toilet myself. In the process, I accidentally broke the supply line and shut-off valve. I hurriedly called Thompson Family Plumbing to ask if it was something that would cost a lot and be difficult to replace — sure seemed like it from this inexperienced homeowner. The customer service staff quickly calmed me down and explained in simple terms how to fix it myself if I chose or they could send someone out. I opted for the professional help and John was at my house in less than 30 minutes. He fixed the issue rather quickly, and explained to me all of the steps as he did it so I’d be prepared in case it happened in the future. Not only was my experience filled with incredible customer service and professionalism, it was educational and inexpensive compared to what I know others have paid for lesser service. You simply cannot beat the quality that Thompson brings every time.
