I fell in love with Lake Havasu City so I decided I wanted to buy a house in Lake Havasu, but I didn’t have any connections here. So I googled best realtor Lake Havasu and the Janecek and Gedalje Realty Group came up #1. I did my research and was blown away by all of the positive reviews on the different platforms so I decided to give them a call. Well I’m super happy I did because Eric is probably the top real estate agent in LHC, and his whole team had my back from day one. The housing market was insane in Lake Havasu but Eric went out of his way to find me the type of house I was looking for and helped me in the negotiation process. I needed to sale my fathers condo in Lake Havasu City and was in search of an agent who had great reviews and I thought I could trust. I called a few realtors only to leave messages. When I called The Janecek and Gedalje Group, Eric answered and answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and was willing to go the extra mile to help me as I live in California, have the POA for my dad and the condo needed a little love. I fedexd the keys to Eric who gave me his professional opinion once he was able to get inside. He hired all the appropriate people to get the condo in shape and then had it staged. I was resistant to have it staged but now feel based on his opinion it was absolutely the right thing to do! It looked so amazing!
