At the recommendation of our boat builder we decided to use Finney’s for replacement windshields on our 1997 Carrera 202XR. We dropped them off and were quoted 3 weeks. At 5 weeks we couldn’t get a hold of anyone to tell us the status of our parts!!!! So we drive up there to check over an hour and a half away on way!!!! They weren’t done still after five weeks, the guy then proceeds to tell us they hold parts and wait until They have a big enough order to start working on the products!!!! What!!! Why didn’t you set proper expectations the first time????? So a few days later we get a call they are done we make the trek up there only to be ignored again no answer at the shop or the other number we were giving and no answer physically either!!! Drove an hour and half to be left sitting in t he driveway for another hour!!! The guy who finally opens the place said sorry dude I fell asleep!!! It was 10am when we arrived it was 11 before he answered! We get our windshields all the way home for them not to fit and the holes don’t line up. I called spoke to some lady who proceeded to hang up on me.WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Just had Finneys replace a broken section of a 5 piece windshield that was no longer in production... I was quoted $250 when I brought down the boat for replacement...That was about half price compared to my other quotes from local plastic shops. When I picked it up the bill was $500...I was taken back by the final price considering what I thought I was going to pay. Had they communicated with me during the repair to let me know that the price was going to be different I still would have had them do the repair...But communication did lack in my opinion. I will say that the quality of the repair was sensational! Looked OEM in every way and I am VERY happy with the actual work provided by Finneys. 4 stars only because of poor pricing communication and not that they were out of line on their price...just a lack communication.

I had my $85k SMS Dodge Challenger SRT-8 supercharged, Numbered car rims powered coated at Finney’s a few years back and it has been the best long lasting & looking rims on any car/truck that I have had. It took only one day to take them down their and the same day, I received them back. I love the work and the people are great. Would do it all over, given the chance. Cant even get a call back. Been trying to reach them for a month. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and called again and they promised they would handle my little problem, nothing. Very disappointed.
