I really appreciate the time and quality of work put into our A/C system. They stand behind their guarantee, and treat you with the utmost respect. All American was a breath of fresh air or should I say cold air.

All American Air is the best A/C company in Lake Havasu. We had an issue with our A/C when the temps were120. They we’re swamped with calls but they gave me a couple of suggestions over the phone that worked so I could make it to the appointment time. Frank came on time serviced the unit and was quick accurate and reasonable in costs.I highly recommend All American Air.

I cant believe how great of service these guys gave me.I had them install a new a/c plus install a splitter for the garage. Jeff Gibson the salesman was incredible . I had a small issue no big deal and he was over to my house in seconds in a service truck to fix it himself.The owner was just as awesome. Really if you need an a/c unit call Jeff he is the man!

Perfect! Called for quote and was told Bob would call shortly to schedule - he did and showed up on time. Received a competitive bid promptly by email with follow-up from office. Approved bid and requested specific date and it was scheduled. Two very professional / knowledgeable techs arrived on time in shiny, organized trucks and went right to work after reviewing the project. When I mentioned they must be the best team in the company because one of the trucks was new they said just got lucky and something like the company has a lot of good techs and were just part of a really great team. Stopped by a few hours later as I was leaving town and they were well underway. Returned from weekend trip to find very clean install that looks great! A small issue came up after we inspected closer which was handled without question and completed the following day. Could not be more pleased. Every step of the process and every person I dealt with was completely professional. Great job and highly recommend!

Embarrassed it took me this long to write a review for them. Our home in the Parker area is a second home that we are only at occasionally, like many second homes in relatively remote locations dealing with things like AC replacement and/or servicing can be a pain. In fact prior to finding All American we dealt with a supposedly reputable but in reality extremely predatory AC service company.Recently we had a series of AC issues and ultimately had to replace our AC unit. All American was a god-send. Just honest hard working people performing quality work at quality prices. Price was right on with what I would expect to pay to replace our AC, and they were willing to work with us to access the property while we were out of town etc. Dont expect some shady guy offering suspiciously rock-bottom prices. These guys strike me as the type to beat any reputable providers price. It is so nice to have one less thing to worry about out there and know that we have an AC company we can trust.If you dont at least get a quote from these guys you arent doing it right.

Being the Master Builder for the Lake Havasu Lighthouse Club, I have always appreciated the help that All American Air has given to us but have never personally needed their services before. When the need arose I could think of no one else better to deal with my AC problems. As always they came through with flying colors and Ryan did an excellent job not only fixing the problem but had good suggestions going forward on future programs and replacement.

All American Air has been performing semi-annual preventative maintenance on our AC unit since 2006. They have been instrumental in keeping us cool in the summers and warm in the winters. There techs are polite, knowledgeable. Our AC unit has never suffered a failure in 15 years. Problems were solved during the scheduled preventative maintenance visits. Highly recommended company.

Great service! Last year our a/c went out with the temperatures well over the 100 mark. All American Air Conditioning came out and provided us with a portable unit that we put into the bedroom for sleeping. We ordered a new unit and it was installed in a timely manner and works great! I can even access it while Im away from home to set it to a vacation mode or to turn it back to at home mode prior to our arrival home.They recently sent an email regarding their regular servicing program which we decided would be well worth the money. They came out and spent quite a while reviewing everything and making sure its all in good working order for the this upcoming summer.Great techs. Great service. And great office staff. I definitely recommend this company.

I had a Mini-Split A/C installed in my garage in June 2016.The job was done quickly and professionally.They gave me a 2 year labor guarantee with 12 year warranty on parts.Fast forward to Sunday Labor Day 2019 when the A/C abruptly stopped working,so I called,and was surprised not only to get an answer but a repairman at my door soon after.He diagnosed the problem and repaired it at NO charge even though it was after the guarantee period.I cant imagine better customer service!

Everyone I had contact with was courteous and professional. The service was prompt, they were on time, and I feel I have a worry-free system for at least another year. I was also very happy with the pricing.

I needed service the same day because I was going out of town and they fit me in after hours. Other companies told me they didnt have time. The technician was so nice and worked hard to diagnose and fix the problem. I was able to leave with peace of mind and a working AC.

When our air conditioner went out late in the afternoon in the heat of the summer we thought wed be in for a long night. But, Frank arrived at 6pm and stayed until 9pm to get it fixed and running again. Talk about great service!

The young man that worked on my unit was very professional and worked nonstop, not leaving until he made sure the unit was working properly. I was very pleased with his work ethic. I did encounter a problem with the company not supplying a filter. The filter size 22 by 24 is not a common size and one could not be found at the local hardware store, Lowes or Home Depot.

This was one of the best purchases Ive ever made. From the very start I was bound and determine to do my home work checking on what would work and get multiple bids. There are a lot of companies out there that want your money. But, I can tell you for fact that they arent all equal. All American is head and shoulders above the crowed. There estimator (Gary) was very professional and low presser. He was very detailed in his evaluation. Unlike the other companies. He measured everything and provided three options which I could choose from. There was no comparison from the competition. They through a number out there and didnt explain what it entailed. Gary was very helpful in helping me understand the pros and cons. He also provided me with support to get my existing air conditioner working until I could have it replaced. (At no cost) That sealed the deal as far as I was concerned. I scheduled an appointment and was I impressed. These guys were courteous, and professional. They each had a assigned task and worked to achieve it. The end goal for all was to do the best job possible. I cant say enough about this company. Having been in business myself for over forty years I can honestly say they are at the top of there game. Keep up the good work. You can be assured That Ill spread the good word. Had an air return added to a room that would not cool to the level of the rest of the house. This was recommended by their technician as an alternative to an expensive mini-split. The return, along with other tweaks to the system seems to have solved the problem for a lot less money. Installers were very nice and worked fast.

This company did original install, 14 years ago. Tried another company one time. A big mistake. Would never consider using anyone other than All American A/C.

This company does NOT work with home warranty companies. Too big of a hassle for them. Like a lot of companies in Lake Havasu, if it not a simple job they will not accept it. All I needed them to do was talk with the warranty company and explain the issue they refused to talk with them. I had them service the my units a few weeks ago and they were good to work with then but I need a complete a/c company. Gave me a bid of $16,000.00 to replace two heat pumps... not going to get my business and hopefully not yours. There are plenty of a/c companies in Havasu that have great service.

My mechanical systems were installed by All American Air Conditioning in a new residential construction. Overall pleased with the work and attention to detail. The condensation pump failed under warranty and was promptly replaced. I believe this is a competent company that fairly charges a fair price for their services. Unlike some other service providers in LHC.

This company came out and quoted the installation and later performed the work. VERY professional. They showed up on time, did a fabulous job and left everything clean and tidy.Highly Recommended.

The people who installed my brand new AC Unit really screwed it up and it had completely quit working. One company came out and fixed for a day or two at the cost of $600! Then I called All American Air. They came out and fixed it with no fuss and it has been working for almost a year now. They were professional in their attitude and behavior. They cleaned up after themselves and followed up to make sure the job was done right and that I was happy.

They have installed and maintained three air conditioners for us. Everyone who comes out is very knowledgeable and very courteous. They come when they say and they return telephone calls promptly, which unfortunately is very rare in Lake Havasu City.We have had there services over ten years and recommend them highly.

Two great technitions completed the job; arrived as scheduled, on time, great work and took the time to fully explain the system. I would recommend All American Air Condition just based on the 21.6 SEER rating of the split system they installed. Combine great price, communication, and expertise; you cant go wrong with them.

They installed a new Carrier two years ago. We came home from visiting family to a house that was 85° and it was 113° outside. They came and checked and our coil had leaked Freon. The labor Warranty is two years which is double what others offer but we were a month past. However, they honored the warranty as it was just a month and a new HVAC should last longer than two years. It would have been close to $1000 with the service call and part change. Thanks All American Air!UPDATE 11/13/2020 We had an issue with our AC working. I found out that they dont charge more for a weekend service call! They are prompt, efficient and courteous. Wont have anyone else work on our HVAC.

All American air conditioning installed my air conditioner several years ago and they have been out bi yearly to service it since. They have kept the air conditioner in tip top shape and are always on time for the service call.

We had a new unit which turned out to be defective, All American ordered in a replacement and had it installed in 4 days. Great Service, this was the second unit purchased from All American and plan to order a third unit for the new Sewing Room when it is completed.

I found this company,to be excellent,especially there installation of our carrier unit.they were very professional.my only complaint was, since then and we live in bullhead city,they have priced themselves out of business.we had them set up on twice a year maintance,but they have raised there price,so we can no longer afford this service.It is unfortunate that I did not know this before I spent my money.
