By far my favorite UPS store that Ive ever been to!! I was in town for a few weeks and had to go in almost everyday for 5 days straight for various services such as returning a package, mailing a package, picking up Amazon packages and a notary. I worked with several different employees and each one was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. The first time I had to return some super heavy packages after Christmas and felt bad having the lady behind the desk pick them up by herself. She was still kind and gracious about it. A lot of customers even held the door open for me whenever I was carrying a big package. Also, this location is usually pretty busy and I think the line looks more intimidating than it actually is just because everyone is spaced out 6 feet apart. I only ever waited maybe 5 to 10 min for help as they are very fast and efficient! Thank you again for superior customer service!!!

These guys are on top of it. The service goes way over the top and they care and remember you. This UPS store is the only mailing and drop off location within 25 miles of our home and it is so handy. All the services you could need are here including shredding, packaging,copying,mail service, etc. Nice people and good service, Thank you!

They get things done quickly. I was in a line outside the door the day I went in but it was not too long and I was able to complete a return. They are very efficient here!

Ok first of all let me just start by saying I have never had a bad experience at a UPS store.Let me follow that by saying the UPS Store in Lake Havasu is the best Ive ever been to! Alexis is always there to help and honestly everyone is a joy to work with.I love the great customer service and the positive vibes all of these great people put off!!I love that if I bring a USB I can just walk in and get something printed without needing to wait in line (then youll need to wait in line to paid $0.10 per sheet but like thats insany cheap!)I also love that theyre encouraging safety precautions during COVID-19. You need to wear a mask to go in and everyone has to social distance in line which makes me feel a lot better. They also limit their capacity of how many people can be in the store at once.Thank you to the staff at this UPS Store for always smiling and being awesome!!

Horrendous service. I brought a backpack in to get pricing because I was selling it on ebay. I was the only customer. I dont do it a lot. I wanted pricing to box and ship. The girl at the counter said she needed a zip code. I said how about Portland ME because I wanted worst case. She said I need a zip code. I asked cant you look it up and she snidly said no and I left. Seriously...a mail center that cant look up a zip code. I doubt they could have handled actually mailing it. I quit using UPS many years ago and have been reminded why! Did the same thing at FedEx and they were wonderful.

I would highly recommend this store over the MAIL store next to Safeway for the MAIL Store will charge you $2.00 for a drop off from Amazon! The UPS store is courteous and friendly and does NOT take your money for putting it in a bin for UPS to pick it up!

Terrible customer service, lady was rude, condescending. She couldnt get her scanner to work on a ups label provided by Amazon then charged us $2.50 to print the ups label.I had another ups store, I use all the time in Idaho, scan the label and said it was working fine...save yourself some money, frustration and go to the real ups terminal just down the road. The people at the real ups terminal are helpful and very nice to deal with.This ups store is privately owned and adds a large fee on top of the ups shipping charges

These ladies are fast and efficient!

Nothing about working here requires the employees to be rude, yet here we are and there they go! I guess it’s a major pain to ship and receive packages and days need be ruined. Also, what’s up with charging $10 to have a package shipped, via UPS, to this store? UPS generally rocks so it’s unfortunate this place is such a mud puddle.

Changing my review. Owner has now made a change and they will no longer print a receipt that you have dropped off a USPS package with a preprinted lable. This was why I went here over the post office. One employee said was only for the holiday. When I went back to check I was told this was just what they are doing now. I like to have proof that I dropped off a package, especially if it something expensive. They could have said sorry we changed our policy, but we can do it this one time, but no.

Got one package delivered here and it was easy. I called ahead of time to let them know it would be coming and they called me as soon as it arrived. Very friendly staff and they loved my dog.

It would be really nice if their ACCURATE hours of operation were posted somewhere. Even their website is wrong. Drove all the way there and they were closed.
