Its a good salt generator to replace the exact same one that lasted about 3 years from the original pool installation. I hope this unit will last longer due to the price we pay for replacement.

System was delivered quite quickly and in good shape. However we did not receive the AquaChek test strips and the price was reduced by $140.00 shortly after our system arrived. A quick phone call or email saying wait a few days and you can save $140 would have been appreciated.

I am very disappointed! After I received the product, it was found to be damaged. The casing of the instrument panel is damaged. Below is the damaged picture. It doesnt matter if you receive the damaged product, this happens occasionally because of the negligence of the seller or the shipping process. I was very disappointed that after I found the product was damaged, I contacted the seller and explained the situation (twice!) but did not receive a reply from the seller. I did not receive a reply until a week later. And there is no apology! Just replied to me with a sentence Shipping a new gauge out to you. It surprised me. Then I asked them how long will I receive new things? Still no one answered! So I was very disappointed with this store, so I will not spend in this store again! Wouldnt recommend this store to others! Thank you!

Great price. Quick delivery. I tried to put this off by replacing the bulb ($200) and gasket last year only to have the 20 year old fixture short out a year later. If you have an incondescent that fails put one of these in. Installation was a challenge as it was 96 I had to pull through the conduit. Strongly recommend cutting the old light wire and splicing to the the new one and pull through. If I had used a fish wire it would have been a disaster. The look is awesome in any of the modes. Should have done years ago

I ordered a Pentair Compool Valve Actuator CVA24T 263045, order arrived in a timely fashion and at a great price

I placed an order for a Sta-Rite 25021-0202S pool filter. The invoice indicated the correct part number but I actually received the incorrect part Sta-Rite 25021-0200S . There is a significant size difference between these to filters and the one I received will not fit my system. I have called multiple times and sent two emails and have waited over a week with no response from the company. I still do not have the correct filter and am upset with the poor customer service. It is unacceptable to ship the incorrect item and then fail to communicate with the customer when a RMA is requested to return the incorrect item and for the company to send out the item ordered and paid for. I will update the review IF customer service ever responds.

Fantastic price on the pool heater I ordered, and very quick shipment.

Order parts for my pool cleaner on 1/30/21 received parts on 2/3/21 so that part was great. Realized that I was missing a part from the assembly I ordered. I immeadiatey brought this to their attention and said a new part would be sent direct from warehouse. It is now 2/25/21 and I haven’t received new part and they can’t give me a tracking number or tell me when it will arrive. They don’t answer the phone and can barely answer an email. I have asked for a refund and they ignore me.

Swimming Pool Supply USA did a fantastic job. Storm Uri decimated our pool plumbing and killed our salt sell. Supplies were limited, but SPSU came through like champs. Last year, I bought 4 new filters for my pool, made sure to contact them before ordering to get the right filter size. I did not need the filters until now when my pool guy open the boxes and discovered that they sent us the wrong filter size when I contacted them, they refused to replace them although I suggested to pay forward and backward shipping. So disappointed...

While there was a little delay in delivery because both my address and phone number were improperly transferred to the shipper but close enough for them to find my house. The delivery driver helped me open the carton to confirm there was no damage in transportation.I am very pleased with Sta-Rite Maxetherm heater. Since I was replacing exactly the same unit(SR333LP I was able to do everything myself with the help of a friend to carry the unit to location.I rated this 5 stars because of the amount of money I saved. Local pool companies would have cost me $1600 more than my actual cost as they gather a very large mark up on the equipment and a relatively small amount on the labor to install.I did follow local regulations and had my propane supplier reconnect the propane line which was a cost of $101.Best local pool company quote was more than $3650 plus tax and propane hook up charge. My cost was $2150 plus the propane hookup charge. it took me one hour to remove the old unit and 1.5 housr to install the new unit. And I went slowly and followed the simple directions. The one issue you may have is the adjustment of the pressure switch if your heater is more than a few feet above or below pool water level. A simple adjustment of the pressure switch and measurement with an OHM meter can confirm the proper pressure switch adjustment. The adjustment instructions was not included with the installation instructions but was found on the web. My heater was 2 feet below pool water level and did not require adjustment.It makes me wonder why the local pool company is charging such a huge markup on a simple one for one replacement when they dont even carry it in inventory.You should also know that the 2 year warranty would not cover a DIY install. You just get a 60 days parts only warranty. Given my experience with MaxEtherm heaters (The old united lasted 13 years in Florida!) and their excellent technical support - I was not concerned about the warranty.

The unit is AWESOME. Just finished the install and it went perfectly. Very nice.On a funny note, the poor guy who delivered it hit a substantial sized branch on one of my pear trees and it went crashing down in the middle of my street. We both tried to move it but couldnt get it clear of the street so I had to get out the chainsaw and make about 7 cuts so i could move it.Fairly certain it was the garbage truck driver who broke it and he just finished it off. Luckily! If it had fallen on someone it was big enough to kill them. I will finish cleaning it up tomorrow.

Polaris 360 drive belt kit. Accept no substitute (all I have tried are useless). I wish they (polaris) sold these two belts separately at a slightly reduced price because the only one that breaks is the longer front belt. It borders on extortion to force you to buy both each time!!!!!!!!!!

Found this company online looking for a Hayward salt cell. Called them direct to ask a few questions before placing my order. The gentleman was very helpful and I felt comfortable placing my order. My old concrete pool is a pain in the butt, but this new filter got it cleaned up in a couple days. If it continues to work like it is, I will be one happy camper. Time will tell.
