This is the worst haircut Ive ever gotten. Cher was the one who cut it. She was kind of snotty, didnt listen to what I told her and accused me of moving around too much. Since Im 66 years old, I know to sit still when getting a haircut. She told me about her $2000 scissors which were VERY sharp. I wear my hair very short, but when I told her it was fine, she just kept snipping away. Its so effing short that a styling product wont hold it. My hair is all choppy, many different lengths and looks terrible. Fortunately, my hair grows fast and Ill be able to control it soon. Never again will I use Smart style again. This salon is in Lake Havasu.

Heather is absolutely amazing! If your looking for color especially. She is a goddess! So knowledgeable and beyond experienced. I would follow her to any salon. Highly recommend!

Nice location, but girl don’t have idea how to hair cut people

My visit was approximately 4 weeks ago I was simply in Walmart and needed a haircut desperately I went to the counter and the stylist said she could take me in 5 minutes I simply explained what I wanted and said do what you think is best, she knew exactly how to cut my hair which is thinning and very fine she gave me a good basic haircut which added volume she recommended product and I am absolutely thrilled with my hair Chelsea is the best she listened and did an amazing job!!

We had an appointment, ended up waiting 20 min or more. I took my son to get his head shaved, first we decided to see how it would look with a little length left up top. Didn’t like it. hair dresser “trimmed” more off top about 3 times .... my sons hair looks like Lloyd from the movie dumb and dumber and we are going to have to fix it at home ..... disappointing i paid money for that!!!

Not very pleased. Waited 20 min despite having an appointment. She was on the phone. Forgot to trim one sideburn. Charged for cut and shampoo, but I only had a cut. Unfortunately, I noticed too late to go back.

The worst salon I have ever been to. I witnessed a stylist yell at a customer and hang up on another. The salon is overpriced and not good with color. Go to a real salon! It will cost the same.

I moved to havasu and found out fast that finding a good hair person it NOT EASY! LOL most of the places you would think would be good are no where near it because everyone seems to be right out of school or just lazy. That being said I tried Smartstyle in a I give up situation. I told the person when I called please just give me somebody experienced with blondes thats all I ask. Turns out I was talking to the manager and thats who I booked with. She ended up doing a great job, witch blew my mind because I was expecting something horrible like every where else in town. The only thing I was not a fan of is that I thought it would be cheap because of where its located....I ended up paying $165.00 and thats almost what I was paying in Vegas for my master colorist at a spa. I also was wanting a little less high maintenance. I also didnt like the attitudes the 2 other girls there had towards people. Other than that this is defiantly the best place in town, I have a ton of people asking me where I got it done at. Just ask for Jessica :)
