I used a total of three shuttle services since I moved here. This one is my favorite to use the use zones for pricing it cast me 10 from my house to the Nissan dealership. While it may be one of the higher-priced shuttles my diver was friendly made a stressful day less trying. Unless short on cash when I need a ride they are at the top of my list.

I highly recommend Aloha Shuttle. It is time to put aside whatever happened in the past! I was pleasantly surprised by the character and integrity of the new ownership. My Aloha Shuttle experience on 7/26/18 did not disappoint! The Shuttle arrived at the promised time of 5:00am. The driver was very professional, friendly, helpful with our baggage loading/unloading, offered a helping hand to those who needed it when stepping up into and out of the van and safety minded. The van was very clean, had excellent air conditioning, two floor boards so we could enter and exit without a chance of falling (unless we were not looking!) and comfortable seating. I like the choice of two different times available for pick-up. The central pick-up and drop-off destination of the Quality Inn is a wonderful idea so there is no double when we have arrived. Bravo! I look forward to traveling with you again!

Aloha Shuttle/Las Vegas Airporter is consistently courteous and patient. My family member uses them regularly. Although that family member is elderly, the drivers are always courteous and patient if theres difficulty finding the shuttle, etc. Employees are always nice when called.

I used Aloha Shuttle to & from L.V. OTHER than the driver on May 16th NOT PUTTING THE STEP OUT FOR ME in Vegas to get out, I FELL OUT ON CONCRETE, IT WAS A GOOD SERVICE! Tommy was Great on the way back to Laughlin on June 29th! Van had heat comming out instead of Air. Hum! They really need a few Great Chevy Vehicles! Not Fords! 😏 Ford stands for Fix Or Repair Daily! 😂MY back & leg have Not been the same since I fell tho! 😞 I will have to Speak with Jennifer about it!

The worst customer service EVER!! They have a 2 hours scheudling policy for walk up passengers. Even if you are the ONLY person scheduled they will NOT leave 1 min before scheudled departure PLUS they will leave you standing outside at 104-110. Last month when I called to schedule my ride at 8 (because that when they open) for a 10:00 departure the rude man that answers the phone said “nothing like a last min scheduling”. Well I didn’t know there was going to be a death overnight.Next time I will rent a car for the $200 plus before I ever pay these people another dine.I run my own business and sometimes you make calls based on current situations and not let your paying customers stand in the heat for 45 min.Please someone open a customer service friendly shuttle service between Lake Havasu City and LAS that cares about people.

First off, Aloha Airport Express is NOT River City shuttle and has nothing to do with them. River City closed years ago and why Aloha uses their name, I dont know.. .The guy who answers the phone is so rude and arrogant you want to slap him. The vans are filthy and smell like 15 years of garbage and BO has been soaked in the fabric. The outside is just as bad. If I had not been with my boyfriend, there is no way in hell I would have gotten in that vehicle, honestly, all they need to do is paint Free Candy on the side and you have the quintessential date-rape, kid snatching, drug selling, looking vehicle. A woman was driving and I still would not have gotten in alone, thats how disgusting and creepy it was. Those beautiful lux vans they have featured on their website are NOT the vans they use, its a BS publicity stunt, and false advertising if you ask me because they blatantly state those are they vehicles they use- and they are not. The vans they actually do use have to be at least 20 years old.Then the drivers.. Oh lord.. This lady drive was just insane, spreading the word about our lord and savior- or how ever she said it. She was singing and dancing, it wasnt a little keeping a beat to the music, either, she was so into it several of us had to not only as her to stop with the religious stuff, but to please stop the seizure-like dancing and pay attention to the road. She acted like she was one drugs. The trip was just awful. I should have guessed it would be this way by the flippant-- no, complete disrespectful attitude of the older guy who made our reservations; that and this was the only place with availability.After the awful ride up there, I called and tried to get a refund. Of course I as given the no refunds speech. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told he wasnt available. I spoke with the rude guy again. So I called back and spoke with some girl. She was nice but she did put me on hold a few times, I think this was more because she was newer, at least thats how it came across. The last time she put me on hold Im not sure if she didnt hit the button, or did what I sometimes do, just cover the receiver with my hand if its going to be quick. I could hear every word she was say to the rude guy, it sounded like she was genuinely trying to help me out but he was being rude to her, too. She was trying to find out when the manager (owner, I guess) would be available and if there was something she could do for me now. Well, as I said, I could hear this guy in the background, and he said hell call them back when he gets to it and they arent getting a refund, dont these f--ing idiots read the service agreement before they buy the tickets. When she came back she just apologized, told me she wasnt sure when hed be in but let him know how up set I am and to please call. I told her to please do so and that no, I didnt read the agreement before hand because I made the purchase over the phone. She apologized, sincerely, again.I doubt I even have to say the owner didnt call, even though I made several return calls. So my boyfriend and I were stuck with driving back with them. Again, the van was disgusting. We got picked up at the airport and were immediately told we had to throw our drinks away- the very expensive airport drinks we just bought. Because god forbid anyone bring a beverage into one of those filthy vans, a drop of condensation might get on the seat, and then what- evaporate in the heat?!. After we were forced to throw our drinks away, were told that were going to be waiting for about 20 minutes until we could leave. WITH THE AC OFF! . In 120 degrees, and I was just forced to throw away my drink. Are you kidding?We finally left, and I was glad to be getting home, until we hit the Searchlight area, when we broke down. We were stuck there for about 90 minutes, no real apology except from the driver. Do you think the owner did anything thing to compensate us, call to apologize, or do anything at all? Nope. Avoid this place like the plague.

I was in Vegas needed to come back early called siad they be at air port at 12 was there at 11 30 at 1207 called siad they already left .I said I called you. They said you wernt on reservation till fri I said I called you dispatch necer told the driver that I was there. They refused to to tuun driver around and told me next was 5 pm told me to call Havasu Exp.did not give me tbere ph. No refund for fri even though they left me.All
