Jane did a great job on our taxes; too bad we wont be going back. Their post-tax customer service is just horrendous! You can clearly tell they just want to collect their payment and not assist with anything that may come up.We have our entire home packed for a move into our very first home and someone how I packed and put the documents we needed to file in storage. I went to the office to ask them to please print them again and the receptionist provided me with a paper to download them online. I advised we have no printer since all of our belongings are in storage and she didnt care at all.I took our newborn to FedEx Kinkos to use their computer and printer (because thats convenient - those of you with kids know what Im talking about LOL.) I logged in by using the instructions on the paper they gave me. Everything was going well until I downloaded the documents...THEY CLEARLY STATE COPY ONLY. DO NOT FILEI have been on the phone with H&R Blocks online customer service team for over an hour. THEY are very helpful and friendly. They even called this office (22361 El Toro Road in Lake Forest, CA.) to see if they can reprint. Of course, they refuse to reprint them for us. WHAT A JOKE! I found out they are a FRANCHISE and a FRANCHISE doesnt have to follow corporate guidelines. Before choosing an H & R Block office, I would call their online customer support to get a list of offices which are not a franchise.I appreciate the online support team so much but everyone at this H & R Block office can....well, I have better manners than to say what Im thinking. Ill conclude with: Live and Learn.**********UPDATE*************I went into the office yesterday and after about an hour of them trying to blow me off, they finally provided us with the documents we needed to file our taxes.Im not changing my rating but I will give them credit for finally doing what was right. They cant hold our tax docs hostage.
