Assistant manager Jon is very knowledgeable and took the time to test my water, educate me, and make sure I understood the maintenance process for my above ground pool. Very friendly, exceptional service.

After a poor experience at the Mission Viejo store, I decided to diagnose the pool cleaner issue myself and go to this location to get the parts to fix it. They staff at this location listened to my concern and gave me most of the parts that I needed to repair my cleaner. They even offered to go to other stores and pick up the remaining parts. Unfortunately I had to return to Mission Viejo to get the wheel bearings to fix my issue. Sadly I didn’t get a chance to speak with the original person that helped me in Mission Viejo so I could express my disappointmentthat they didn’t listen to me the first visit. Pool cleaner is fixed now!

John took the time to understand my pool concerns and set me up with everything I needed. I had just had the pool acid washed and refilled and was balancing the chems. The company that washed the pool said they added conditioner but the test strips said otherwise. So after adding the chems to the pool and realizing this, I called John and are you ready for this? He delivered the stabilizer to me on his way home! Who does that? If i have a question I just call him up and he tells me how to handle it. Nobody provides better pool supply service. Theres a vendor much closer to me but the owners a bipolar @%&#$ so I make the trek to Lake Forest. Nice to be treated like a valued customer. Thanks John, youre the best.UPDATE: I managed to seriously damage my back and am currently unable to stand for more than a few minutes, cannot lie flat or walk further than 50 paces. I needed chems and floaty toys and John delivered em to my home for me! How amazing is that?!!

Great staff with tons of knowledge! I appreciate all the free services they offer like water testing, pool cleaner inspection and they are a warranty center for all the top brands. They always have great sales and have an awesome rewards program.
