Being a surrogate with building families was such an incredible life experience for me and my family. With the most wonderful ladies running Bfi, the whole process was so easy and I felt supported through every single step of the way. I loved how relaxed the setting was and how felt more like family than an agency. I truly believe this is the best surrogacy agency EVER and I would give a million stars as a rating if It was possible.

Was a surrogate about 6 years ago. This agency was there for me from the beginning with any question, any concern. They are in it for the right reason and it was a great experience. They are there for you every step of the way and they help make this a memorable experience for both the surrogate and the intended parents.

We will never to able to fully express our gratitude for what Building Families has done for us: literally given us a family! But we wanted to add our review here in the hopes that other couples may also find their way to BFI.When we first started working with BFI, we could see right away the level of integrity and competency with which Carol leads the company. It exceeded by far anything we had seen before, and we did unfortunately lose a lot of time (and money) to another well respected agency. With BFI, after so many years of challenges, it suddenly all sped by: from the beginning (with legal, medical and insurance so expertly managed) to the middle (with thoughtful check-ins and preparation conversations) to the end (with all of us cradling the baby this team had together brought into the world)!In terms of the day to day interactions, working with Randi (in her many many professional capacities), is a total dream. She absolutely earned our total trust for even the most critical of decisions, such as the health and happiness of our baby still in utero. Whenever challenging situations arose, she handled them with total grace, empathy and competency. From our first conversation with Randi, to this very day, our lives have been more joyful and full of life, love, family and even inspiration.We hope others who where in our situation two years ago can find BFI today.
