Went here a few weeks back with my G.F. and paid to have her oil changed and it was a decent price so i also went with my own car today and they were kind enough to give me a 20 percent discount which dropped my price greatly. The staff is always helpful and friendly and wont sell you anything you dont want. Thank you and ill be back in November.

Im rating this crew 5 stars BECAUSE it took them an hour for an oil change, when they could have simply told me they couldnt help. A previous business had apparently messed up some things under the hood, meaning Jaime and his team had to work on my vehicle for the full duration just to make sure I received great service. They were patient with me and explained each issue as it arose. I cant thank them enough!

So Ive been twice for just a simple oil change. The first time they used an impact drill to open my air box and check the filter. The guy had it in fwd instead of reverse. Couldnt figure out why the bolt was spinning. So they never opened it. I didnt worry I had just changed my air filter myself recently. I looked the Phillips was a little stripped figured he was just new and it was slipping. Another guy came and tried it after putting the drill in reverse and then said we just wo t check it. Came back a second time, they did the same thing on 2 bolts. If you call them, the hold recording prides itself on you being able to see them working unlike other places. I had a tail light out so I went to Autozone and changed it myself they are pricey just for the convenience of not getting out of your car. Checked the air filter just to see what was the big deal was and I opened it with no problem with just a #2 Phillips screwdriver in all my half stripped screws from their drill. They cracked 3 receptacles so now I have to buy a whole new air box. Called the manager, he said he could advise the guys to use a screwdriver instead instead of a drill. However it has never happened before with their rigid brand impact. Then told me its common because my car has high miles and they cant say whos at fault. I didnt wanna pay $300 for a new intake so I went to pick your part and they were all stripped. So now Im out $300 getting the part off the internet cause Autozone and OReillys cant order it. I should have known better fixing some of their other horror stories when I still worked in a shop but I got lazy and now I have to pay the price. I seriously wouldnt recommend going there. And Ive also let the Bureau of Automotive Repair know whats going on there. Please for the sake of your car go somewhere else.

Unpleasant visit did not have a filter for my truck ended up buying my own. Did not do the oil change for fear of damaging a part that has been that way for 7 years. Sounded like young students.

My regular mechanic sadly went out of business years ago (Irvine raised his shops rent beyond justification, no surprise). There was a 1-2 year gap where I was trying to find the right replacement to no avail. To me, choosing a mechanic is a personal endeavor -- like choosing a doctor or dentist.A co-worker mentioned Valvoline and how she got to sit in her car while it was serviced. I thought there must be a catch. Ive now had 4-5 oil changes by them. You pull up to the garage, and 15-30 minutes later, youre out. You dont have to get out of your car. Recently, my check engine light came on the day before a trip to the desert. I rushed from work to Valvoline, arrived at 6:52pm, and was out by 7pm (they close at 7).Prices are very reasonable. They do attempt to upsell you on some services or products, which is understandable considering how large their business is. But you can usually find coupons in your email or snail mail to save money.While I do miss my old mechanic, the convenience of Valvoline is too great to give up. I no longer need to make an appointment and work my schedule around an opening, or leave my car at the shop while its being worked on, or have someone pick me up and drop me off. I sound like a shill, but my experience with Valvoline has been awesome.

Fast, efficient, and thorough. In and out in literally 10 minutes. Guys arent pushy for upgrades and are very informative. Thats why I always come back.

I used to frequent them much more often when their coupons in the mail stated the price I would be paying unfortunately it seems like these days its just 20% off. This hope location has had a homeless transient panhandler living in their car in front of their store for the last couple of months during which time I have taken my business elsewhere

This place is a rip off! I went there for an oil change for the first time. After waiting in the line for half an hour, they said an oil change would cost $105!! I couldnt leave as there were cars waiting in the line behind me and there were no signs in advance advising of the crazy pricing! After arguing with the service people, they agreed to drop it to $85, which was still too much!! I will never go there again!I called and complained to their customer service. They said they would investigate and issue me a refund... Its been 3 months now and still no response! I would avoid this place! If I could give them a zero or negative star, I would definitely do that...

These guys did a great job. This is my first oil change place where you remain in your vehicle. I have to get used to it. The staff was very professional even if a little scripted. I felt a little like a race car driver at a pit stop. It was a little surreal. They did the whole oil change in 10 minutes tops and I got back on the road. When I left the guy at the exit held his arms in the air like he was directing me back onto a race track. I could have hit a post or something from my laughing fit. But I safely left the pit stop and got back in the race.

This is a hard one to write up. I got really good service for a simple oil change. My car was swarmed by the entire staff, since I was the only one. They went to great lengths to ensure a safe working environment to the point of placing the car key in a steel box to prevent accidental starting of the vehicle. I was given the correct oil and amount; but their price for a simple oil and filter change was in my opinion very high. I paid about 3 times the price that I paid at the dealership for the same type oil change.

Outrageous Prices!I have a European import. The car takes special oil/filter. I provided my own oil/filter. Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Rancho Pkwy wanted to charge me $43.99 just to drain the oil and replace a filter. NEVER GOING BACK HERE.Went to another company and they did it for me for $19. Theyve gained a loyal customer for life.

BOOM!! This place is awesome. I got an oil change AND transmission flush in about 15 minutes. Prices were comparable to what I would pay elsewhere, but what really impressed me was the fact that I just stay in the car, and the guys did the work - and all the staff there was friendly and knowledgeable. They showed me fluid levels and explained anything and everything I asked. I was impressed by the staff, and easily the best oil change Ive had in my life. I will be back.

There was a bit of a wait when I first arrived around lunch time. However I was quick informed that it will probably be about a fifteen to twenty minute wait. I didnt have anything else to do so I didnt mind the wait. The wait ended up being only about ten minutes before one of the customers in front of me left Bay 2. I pulled right up and they began servicing my vehicle. Ian one of the service techs was super helpful and will be sure to go back when he is working.

Best place to go and get my car worked on. The crew there is always so helpful, nice, and informative. No pressure to buy anything I dont need. I have been there a few times, and I dont think Ill go anywhere else. The worker named Steve has helped me out in the past and always really friendly! :)

After trying everything to get my 2007 Ford Edge oil drain plug off, the guys at Valvoline took it off with a couple of hammers and sockets and didnt charge me anything for their time time. What a great feeling that there is actually a business out there that will still help a customer in need and not try to gouge them for any services. I will definitely use Valvoline now in the future and would recommend them to friends for sure. Thanks guys, for having such an honest approach to customer service.

These guys were a class act even when I wasnt using them. To explain, had a flat tire and pulled into the gas station next door. As my hubby was changing the tire, the guys offered to help, then when we politely declined and thanked them, they later came over with cold water. Really sweet. Will use them when we need them!

Thanx to Nicks honesty and knowledge that i got to better understand my car. Nick continued the steps such as air tire check, oils level check, etc. and did not charge me for a penny! First time here, the guys are super polite, I don’t have to get out of my car and it only takes 15 minutes. Yes, it’s a bit more expensive for full synthetic but not waiting for 2 hours and being treated with respect is worth it to me. I gave only 4 stars due to the high price, but I would definitely recommend them.

A GREAT place to have your Oil changed. Ive been only once but plan on next oil change will be there.On radio its said you sit in your car tje whole time. That is no lie. I neber touched foot to ground the whole time.The ENTIRE staff is involved I taking care of you and car. When you select the type of oil youd like its sounds like a Naval Operation. I had a horrible experience. I went to get an oil change. On my way home I noticed that my car wasnt getting the proper acceleration it should be getting. Popped open the hood and my air intake was way out of place. My engine was hot and some smoke from idk the oil burning off or something else. Keep an eye when having your car worked on.

Check your oil filter before and after you leave. I have gone here several times. Recently had an issue with an oil cooler hose and the mechanic reported that my oil filter had a 2017 date on it. People like this should be prosecuted like the crooks they are.
