Jazel has been managing my dealership website for nearly two years now. We went on board with them when the manufacturer gave dealers a choice for their primary site. While I no longer work at the Chipola Ford, I was the one in charge of picking a new website provider. I interviewed 6 companies and Jazel won by a MILE! I was blown away by the customer service they constantly showed. I never went longer than an hour in between questions/inquiries. Everything was fully answered, fully fixed and fully managed. We moved to Jazel about 2 years ago when Ford ended their website involvement with Dealerships. They had 4 recommendations with Jazel being one of them. After several demo’s of each provider, and doing lots of research, we decided to go with Jazel. It was a big decision for our smaller store, as they were not the cheapest. We wanted a provider that would be high on customization and customer service, not a cookie cutter platform. And it has been everything I wanted. Jazel has catered to our every need, and then some. They come to me with suggestions on different ideas, and different ways to present things. My Rep and I communicate very frequently, and we are very proactive with changes in the market. Absolutely LOVE this company. I took over for my sister at my current job with Chipola Ford a little over a year ago and I have never been disappointed with my experience with Jazel. They answer every question I have ( no matter how dumb it is, and there have been some dumb ones!!) every department is super friendly and I love how quick they work. My problems are usually resolved within the hour. Couldn’t ask for better service.

I do not recommend Jazel Auto. They promised the moon in the demo, but did not deliver. There is a high employee turnover rate and I cannot get them to follow up on important issues. Turn around time for simple things such as adding an image or banner is quick, but for the things that really matter such as site speed, bounce rate and security of your website, they will be MIA. They do not follow up, they keep saying were working on it. I have to call and e-mail to receive any updates and no one can even explain to me what they are doing to resolve such issues.The customer service team, as well as their management team, are defensive and do not work well with requests that are not very simple. I believe Jazel does not have the correct tools/people to properly manage and maintain an excellent website, which is why I have ran into a defensive attitude with many of their employees. I have also run into some extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from one customer support rep in particular.Our website with them was at a red-zone fail rate of 6/100 on Googles speed test rating. For years they manipulated our speed test rating results in a way that did not even allow us to view our rating. Jazel had somehow overlaid a letter that they wrote where the speed test results would usually be displayed. The letter stated why the Google speed test does not matter and that Jazel does everything they can to keep their clientele a top performer. I found this to be highly deceitful.Even now, after countless calls and e-mails, the website I have with them is ranking at less than satisfactory. All of this will affect where you are placed in a Google search. It is a very important aspect of website creation and maintenance. That can be the difference between a sale or nada.Another company I am working with to create another site for me will not launch anything live until it ranks at least a 90/100 on Googles speed test. To my knowledge Jazel has never had my companys website at 90 or more/100. If it wasnt for my boss wanting to stick with them, I would have never stayed with this company. I have been complaining about them for years now. Unfortunately, we are locked into a contract for 4 more years and I am truly devastated by it. A huge part of my job depends on the efficiency of our website and I am afraid I do not have the trust that Jazel is the right company to manage that site.Also, any company worth their salt will agree to month-to-month either from the start or after 3-12 months of being a client. IMO, the CEO of Jazel is a man full of empty promises and will be there for the demo to make you feel like a valued client, but will not ever speak or respond to you after that demo.I highly recommend doing your research to find another company if you are considering them to create and manage your website. I have not been happy with their service.
