Was very happy with the service provided. Lulu and Pha were very nice and cleaned things I didnt even know needed to be cleaned! The price for a clean seems quite high but I had guests coming over for the week and needed it done quick. Overall very happy with the service but I will take a closer look at pricing before I try again.

I had a standard clean at my condo and the ladies of team #13, Pho and Lulu were very quick and efficient. They were very respectful of the property and did a great job. They even squeezed in time to clean the inside my very messy fridge. Molly Maid guest service was very professional and responsive to my scheduling and requests. I appreciate how communicative they were to me about everything.

I have used Molly Maid since I moved into my new house. They are far better than any other cleaning service I have used. Molly Maid always sends people who arrive on time, clean well, and get the job done. They provide their own cleaning materials, so I do not have to worry about keeping a stock. They also have insurance, which means if one of their employees gets hurt, their insurance takes care of them, rather than having the employee come after the property owner. Their management is always professional and everyone provides great customer service. I am sold!

Alejandra Team and Audelia Team 12, did a fabulous job. They were punctual, courteous and professional. My only complaint would be is the charges. I was given an approx estimate range and of course the charge was at the top of the estimate. After packing and getting ready for the move for 2 weeks, I was grateful to have these ladies come in and do the final cleaning because I was exhausted. Glad they came, sad I was charged at the top of the estimate.

This was the very first time that I have ordered maid service. My husband and I finally admitted that our work is so overwhelming that cleaning our home to our expectations hurts us physically for multiple days. We were speechless when we saw how clean the stainless sink was and the insides of the fridge and freezer. Very bad service, they sent one for estimation and she said they will send very good team for the first cleaning, They sent two one of them is very slow and hardly clean anything, she was dusting everything thing the bathrooms, the floors and the bedrooms and they will tell you that they work extra hours ? Of course they will because of the slow team they sent. They charged me extra despite they mail you a discount, I told them where’s the discount and they said they will give it to me and they didn’t, It’s a fraud! Paying $$$$ for very bad service. The manger was very rude and she said that i should be with the team while they are cleaning and tell them to repeat the job, I told her why should I hire professionals and stay to watch them cleaning, why I am paying a lot if money for bad service.

I had a wonderful experience with Molly Maids! First of all, it was so easy to communicate with them. Lisa was my point person 95% of the time. She would call me for any updates or concerns and I could easily call her back if I had any questions.The two people who came in, Teresa and Deneri, were great too. They were nice and courteous. They came in with all of their cleaning equipment and started to do their work right away. They were very diligent.I was leaving my apartment to move into a house. I wanted to leave it as clean as possible. By the time they were done, it was like the first day I moved in! Everything was so clean, except for the carpet which was already 4 years old.I would definitely use this service again in the future.They are very reliable and dependable.

I received a gift certificate for Molly Maid services. The bare minimum service cost more than the certificate and more than my usual house cleaning service, but I figured this is a one-time thing. Team 3 arrived on time and we had a list of specific things to clean since they only had 1.5 hours (due to minimum service time we selected). Within that time frame they did everything on our list, were very friendly, worked quickly, and did an AMAZING job! My tub has NEVER looked so clean EVER! It makes sense why they charge more than my other house cleaner who does more of a light cleaning. Team 3 - thank you so much! Even just for a one-time service, they really took the time and care to do the job properly.

Molly Maid has taken care of my home for more than 20 years now---and I have always been pleased. During the last 18 months or so, the service has even improved (which I didnt think was possible.) Bonded, friendly and professional cleaners plus great customer service. During the days of COVID, I can understand why/how people might feel uneasy about having a cleaning service come in, but my discussjoins with the owners revealed a whole portfolio of cleaning products they use, some of which are not available to the general public...Anyhow: call them!

Wow!! What a pleasant surprise I had when team 19 finished cleaning my home for the first time. I can honestly say that my home has never been cleaned so thoroughly, the vents on my cook top were even cleaned! I had added refrigerator cleaning for my first clean, and they not only cleaned it, they made it shine. Both ladies were friendly and professional, and as promised they didnt leave until every room had been cleaned. In fact the home looked shiny and new when they were done. I’m very happy with my Molly Maid service! My current team #15 is amazing. They do a very thorough job - my place feels new when I come home after it is cleaned. They do not skip corners. Everything is dusted, vacuumed, wiped down, and they even make your bed up perfectly! I have been using Molly Maid for the past 2 years and have been very happy with the service regardless of the team. I also feel safe knowing they are insured/bonded. I trust them to come in and clean when I am not home. They make it very easy and convenient. I have the every two week service which works great for me. You can always skip a cleaning if you are taking a vacation or feel you don’t need it on a particular scheduled day. Molly Maid is also easy to get a hold of if you need to change your day or want something extra done that is not normally included.

I love my Team 24, Carmen and Alejandra! They are very proficient and thorough. I know I can trust them and therefore leave them alone so they can do their job without any interference from me. They both have a warm and friendly manner, which is very important to me and allows me to feel that they really care about doing whatever they can for me.I have been a customer for over 15 years and can think of only one other duo that I would rate as high. Carmen happened to be part of crew also.
