I have used Select Staffing in Lake Forest a few times. The most recent was about a week ago. Nidia was very intentive to my situation. After two days for the background check to come thru. The follow monday I had a temporary job at a great pay rate. Unfortunately the company only needed me for one week. I called Nidia after hours to let her know I need another position. We meet up tomorrow and she will come thru again. Thanks a lot. - Jonathan

The next day, they Got In contact with me, asked me to come in and apply, and because of them, I was offered a interview at Herbalife. Good paying job. Temp to hire. What I was looking for. Don’t believe none of these comments that are negative. Just go in with a good attitude, Resume and type of job your looking for, and they got you!!!!!! Thank you Nidia for helping me! This select agency is by far the best agency Ive worked for.... If youre a first timer I highly recommend the recruiter Karla. Shes very helpful and welcoming, most importantly she does her best to find the job that best suits you. She helped me out so much with my resume and getting me ready for my interview which I nailed and got the job.

Best decision for my life I’ve ever made because my life changed completely after this. I applied and got an interview the next day and Karla was my staffing agent. She was very warm and welcoming, very supportive, and I immediately got the feeling that she knew exactly what I was like and where I should be. I never felt rushed and she made me feel like I had a chance, like she was on my team! I got a phone interview the next day and got a temp to hire assignment within one week! Select Staffing really helped me when I was in need. I was referred to them by an old co-worker of mine when I was looking for work. Their location is conveniently located right off the 5 freeway on Lake Forest Drive, which made it easy to find. I was helped almost immediately after walking in the door by Leticia. Her and her team are a pleasure to work with. Leticia was my main point of contact and helped me every step of the way. She was able to get me an interview within days! She also had other options just in case the first didnt work out but that wasnt necessary. The company she referred me to hired me the day after my interview and now I have a solid job working five days a week, I couldnt have asked for more. Wasted time and hopes!!!Leticia is energetic during interviewing, and pro.ising...guess she has a job.But NO interest nor any follow up on finding a job for their clients. Promised words for getting back to me, never happened.I kept calling until Im getting a no, nothing yet.Job security for them to bring up the number on their list, looking for a job.

I been through Select Staffing for about 2 months now and I can honestly say that I am very satisfy with this Temp Agancy. Karla has been assigned to me and she is such an amazing soul, you can tell she really cares about all her employees not just the money she really cares about your personal life also.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!Would’ve given it 0 stars if I could!Read the reviews about Karla, figured I’d give it a shot and see what was available. Come to find out, if your ethnicity is different than theirs, they won’t help you! Plain and simple! Went in looking for any work, filled out everything they asked, which took over an hr to complete, and was directed to Karla. Without even asking me what I was looking for, she just assumes I was looking for warehouse work. To which I replied is there anything else besides that, I would rather be in an office setting, she then says I wasn’t qualified for any of the office positions, without even looking into them...Nonetheless I saw other people walking in speaking no English, they would just walk to the back no application needed, nor were they given drug test. Just told to sit tight and someone would be out to interview them shortly! Ridiculous, don’t go here if you’re any other race than Hispanic, THEY WONT HELP YOU!Don’t come here unless you ABSOLUTELY have too! WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY!

I dont recommend the lake forest select staffing agency to no one because leticia is one rude lady. She only helps people she knows. I worked for select for over 8 years and I never had this problem until I started speaking to her. She spoke bad about me to my employer that I ended up losing my job because of her. Good luck to everyone going to this agency, I hope you dont go through the same horrible experience that I did.

If I could rate this a negative number, I would. I show up and they have me do a bunch of fill out work on the computer and even watch videos as if I already have a job .... and then, when I’m done, the lady asks what kind of work I’m looking for. I told her part time and she says there’s never anything.... like why couldn’t they start off with that question? Why did they have to make me waste an hour there ? It was very irritating. I spoke to her for a minute and I just wish it started off like that and not make me do all this extra unnecessary stuff as if I already have a job ... like damn. I sat on their computer for an hour and then talked to her for a minute and she said there’s nothing for me.

Very unprofessional, they never respond back to you no matter how many times you call. They’ve hung up the phones numerous times or just pass you onto a different recruiter saying they will call you back and never do. Very disappointing. Don’t waste your time with them.

Called concerning my hours and leticia answered and as soon as i asked she just gave a tone as if i were stealing her money, She just said i should have called earlier ( before they open ) and i questioned it and she replied “ I’m not going to argue with you”, like really?! Its my hard work there of course i have questions about it and i want to be sure. Very unprofessional When all i did was question her answer. When my coworkers call NO PROBLEM SWEET TALK, “HOWS THE JOB GOING? IF THERES A PROBLEM LET ME KNOW (SPANISH) ||Shes the ones that calls them ONLY THE ONE SHE LIKES (big difference)”since she was the one that got them there, And then theres me since i wasnt hired through her she doesnt care Just had to call back later with someone else, Bad experience just go here if really there isnt any other option.

In simple words, Lake Forest office is the worst.KARLA is very unprofessional and rude.My dad worked for it and the way they treat after hiring is way different than before they hire you.THE WORST EVER STAFFING SERVICE.Please go for other agency around.
