Terrible temp agency, Ive been to a few so I know what Im talking about. Your better off on your own theyre that bad. Got me a job, the company wanted me to start the next day but the temp couldnt figure out there end so I lost it and will never work with this place again. Now I got a job and I got it on my own thanks indeed screw you kimco

No one told me that I had to come get my W2 form online. I’ve been waiting for it in the mail. I had to hear about this information from everyone else who worked for them when they went to ask about it. I’m extremely irritated and annoyed. How much more incompetent can this company be?

This temp agency has very rude personal especially Berenice she is very rude and standoffish. They have Zero customer service or will to help others.

6/1/2017 - The Kimco Story continues. I left my assignment with Kimco after a few months. I was working for the company that supported the Covered California website, providing support for Insurance agents and brokers.The certainty that Trump would be elected and repeal the Affordable Care Act prompted me to start seeking other employment on my own.I found employment in another call center as a consumer loan representative and was quickly ground into the dirt by the mandatory overtime and non stop outbound calling of inquiries through the website regarding mortgage refinancing and home purchases. It is definitely not a old mans game. Its meant for the young and tough with ambition. Much of that I had lost before I turned 50, way back when. I lasted 4 long months.I located Carrie Dattalos phone number on my cell and asked if she was seeking to fill any positions. She advised that she would keep me in mind. Within 2 weeks she called and left a message that she wanted to present my resume to a company nearby. I agreed and a week later was advised that another company wanted to interview me instead, in another town. I agreed to the interview and completed it, pretty sure that they would never hire me. Carrie reached out to them after I debriefed her on the interview and advised her that it went well. (As well as could be expected). She contacted the company and they agreed to start me in a couple of days. Im not sure what magic words she spoke to the them but obviously it was the right words. I began today at a pay rate that is obscene for what Im doing. I have never heard of anyone making the hourly amount I am making as a temp. EVER!. I have no college degree and only 30 plus years of customer service to point to.I know that Kimco is the employment agency to go to first, because since leaving my first assignment with them, I have interviewed with 5 other employment agencies in Irvine, California, and not a single one ever called back.You do the math. Do you want to run around and interview with employment agencies for possible assignments.(I believe the term in the industry is Farming and scrubbing resumes and applicants.)Or, do you want to interview with companies and get paid a livable wage?My sincerest thanks to the staff at Kimco, and especially Carrie Dattalo, for working so hard to get me another assignment and at a fantastic wage rate.

Really bad service.Called to find openings and Karina answered the phone and was really rude . she literally told me im not hired or am not gunna work for them because i guess i missed an interview i had 2 yrs ago and hung up . really disrespectful she needs to get terminated or trained again .

This place is very rude customer service and take under table Money only those people in Spanish language because they don’t know English any job when coming this office stuffing first call them i am very disappointed with this company I report to the Santa Ana curt complete Again them too
