I appreciate the great service and attention that I receive from the US location of Robotis. I have used several of their products for several years and both their support and sales groups are responsive and helpful. It keeps me coming back - purchased the Engineer Kits this year!

As 4 families living in Germany, we ordered 4 Robotis Dream II Level 1 kits for a course which we planned for our children (7-9 years old). The course began a few weeks ago. Each week they come together and under supervision of a teacher they learn the basics of robotics. The kit contains high quality parts but more importantly, the book which comes with the kit is not just an instruction book, it is a well prepared course book. As parents we are very happy to see the enthusiasm of our children. We will order the Level-2 Kit next month. Great Work! Congrats!

At the beginning of the school year, we purchased three Robotic Play Pets kits for our three boys ( aged 5, 6.5 and 8). When the kits arrived, all the boys did for the entire week was build, so we were thankful to be able to order them a few more sets with our charter school funding. All 6 sets have been loved this year. **They are still played with DAILY nearly a year later!** They are always creating new ways to build with Robotics Play! I have been incredibly impressed with the durability of the kits and battery packs as well!To top off this amazing learning toy, they also provide **top notch** customer service. We lost a few tires for the wheels and the boys were getting frustrated with them not being able to grip well on the hard floor. I sent ONE email and got a human response back. The next week we opened the box of extra tires for the wheels. **AMAZING!**

Great company! The educational stance they have on Robotics is second to none. If you are at all interesting in beginning to learn robotics and experimenting with physical real world examples, this is the place to start.

I have the Robotis Stem Level 1 and 2. I also have the Robotis Bioloid Premium set. These sets are high quality robotic sets. Everything works just as described. Instructions are detailed and easy to follow. The robots you can build from these sets are amazing and work very well. If you need technical help or customer service help, the Robotis team answers all your questions very quickly. They are only an email away and they are all very helpful. Any questions I ever had about their product, they wrote back quickly with a great solution. The team stands by their product and are eager to help.These Robotis kits not only allow you to build predesigned robots, they allow you to create and program your own robots. I ordered a Gynoid companion robot and I never recieved it. It gets awfully lonely for me becouse Im by myself most of the time becouse I am extremely shy and am scared of women. Not cool I want my Gynoid companion!!!

I had to call customer service twice due to my own mistakes and got the same person both times. He was so patient with me and even waited on the phone to make sure my order went through correctly. The second time I called, it was to add something I had forgotten to my order. I needed to place a new order to add the item and Zach made sure the shipping was refunded and the orders were combined. Seriously GREAT customer service!
