Was not as informative or helpful with my live scan process as the business next door which i originally meant to go to (OC live scan). The man behind the desk took offense when i was trying to confirm information on the form he handed me and never mentioned the website to check my progress of my form online. It was fast but not a favorable experience

They wouldnt cash a non-California check, drawn from a banks account. With check 21, this makes no sense. The risk matrix should be far more advanced by this point.

Terrible place. They decide whether or not to cash a check by looking at it, as opposed to running the check through a system lol They either have a really old system or they are financing themselves. 100% not coming to place nor recommend to anyone.

Great service! I had a minor issue with my live scan, on my part, Alex helped me figure it out and got my live scan sent in correctly.

Personality-wise and presentation I would definitely give five star excellent atmosphere and the music was nice and smooth, old school R&B, nice vibes. My only problems and my reasons for not giving a 5-star rating is because it took 5 minutes just for someone to come to the counter if anyone has ever standing in line you know 5 minutes for a customer can be an eternity my other issue was the outrageous fees; I cashed a $630 check and was charged $15 to cash it precise leads to issues I would recommend going back but definitely dont cash your check there LOL
